I ordered 500 stickers and received 35 stickers almost two months later, customer service is non existent they ignore customers

The die cut stickers definitely exceeded expectations. The ordering process was easy. They used quality material and they turned out great. Our customers are going to love these stickers. We will definitely be using The OG Factory again!

Shortly after placing my order I realized that the QR code on my sticker design was no longer valid. I quickly reached out to the company and was helped by Alex. He was able to correct the design before it was actually shipped out.
On date of expected delivery the package was returned to sender because I mistakenly left out my apartment number. I reached out to the post office but was unsuccessful in reversing the situation. However Arlington, the owner, called me back after I reached out to the company and walked me through my error and did everything in his power to ensure that I would receive my package in a timely manner.
A million thank you’s to Alex and Arlington and to ‘The OG Factory!’ Definitely a company I will be doing business with again in the future.

Ummmm… let’s see… where do I start? While scrolling through Instagram I saw a great deal.. 100 5”stickers for an amazing price… I was excited! I doubled up the order on 2 different designs and waited patiently for them to arrive. My stickers arrived within a few weeks, and reality set in. I got what I paid for. Period. I knew that they would be printed on 3mm vinyl…I just had no idea how thin they’d be! Well, that’s on me lol. The die cuts, yea, they were sloppy. Pieces of backing paper and slivers of sticker material still attached. Sloppy… but I got what I paid for. What got me was the quality of the printing. Damn… it looks like my 13year old son did it on our home printer….bad, mediocre at best. Seriously… I’d be really upset if I didn’t get what I paid for. My wife, being supportive and all, stuck them on her water bottle…this was a few weeks ago. Every few days since she makes it a point to comment on how, while the colors are still vibrant, the black is smearing and fading. Am I happy with these stickers? Lol… no. But, I got what I paid for. This is a three star review simply because I got a whole bunch of custom sticker for cheap. This is a 3 star review because of the lack of quality in these said stickers. Will I use this company and their products again? No. While these stickers were a deal and a half, I got what I paid for.

First stickers where wrong size couldn’t use them for packaging way too big. Second hard to get a reply asked for updates and tracking number after mistake was supposed to be fix. As of yet no response to see if they shipped the actual sicker size I need. Overall didn’t like the service.

I absolutely LOVE all my custom glossy stickers. The glossy finish and colors are amazingly vibrant. I’m not tech savvy but they walked me thru each step. Great communication and superb customer service. I appreciate and sincerely thank you. I’m coming back for more!

I love the added bonus of them sharing a video of the stickers being printed and they came out great! Will order again!

Pretty thin vinyl and a few unpeeled in transit. Backing has weird excess little pieces on square and rectangle stickers. Ok product for free promo but not retail.

I paid for the option to see a proof and to edit. I was finally sent a proof to review, I asked for them to cut it in the shape of my logo instead of just a big square. A week or so went by without any communication and when I finally reached out I was informed my stickers were in transit. They arrived and they weren’t what I was expecting. First they are just squares not due cut like I requested when putting in my order and again when editing the proof. Second they are just so thin and they don’t really stick that well. The reason they get 2 stars is because they gave me 3 designs in the order (though I put in 4 different designs) and the fact they let you do that is cool.

30% of the order was missing. I had to chase and every time I did I was told "your order is already in the mail" but what they claimed was sent, and what I video'd coming out of the packages never aligned.

Also if you knew an order went out light, why wait for a customer to contact? Fishy at best. Always reactionary to my messages.

To their credit, they did refund the % of missing product in the end. But I can't honestly say I would ever consider using them again.

Ordering stickers should not have to be this much work for the customer.

Very unhappy customer, got a low resolution sticker, because they said it couldnt have a background and was a jpeg file, they dont send warningsbto change it, they just go ahead and print, result was blurry sticker and 3 weeks late.

Stickers arrive promptly. It looked very nice. Only problem is I believe I was short maybe 20 no biggie still got over 100. Will continue to order from them.

Stickers came out great. They got here later than expected. Was told originally May 22nd-25th but stickers didn’t arrive until June 5th. Customer assistance was ultimately helpful after what felt like a bit of a runaround. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

I waited over a week for my order and when I received the order I only got 93 stickers, I ordered 150 stickers not cool.
