the stickers are thick and good quality, they actually have the best prices atoubd. the customer service takes a while to follow up on since i had a missing item but they responded and helped me with my problem.

Hi thank you for contacting us. We weren't accepting calls since last week Thursday due to weather. Our processing team was in the shop to fulfill orders but that's all. The stickers are great
The stickers are great. The only issue I had was that I ordered five different designs and they were sand little by little not all at once, so it took a while to get to me but the stickers are great highly recommend them

I got another email for a review and I'm happy to leave it. OG Factory stiffed me out of 200 stickers (order was for 400)......
I submitted a payment dispute with my credit card because after a month there was no attempt to correct my order. See my review posted in Aug/Sept.

More wrongs than rights
Disappointing company to deal with. I’ve purchased from this company 3 times now.
First order I was understanding. Cheap prices = cheap quality. Slow as molasses turn around times.
My second order was clearly a top priority of theirs because I complained on their ig page. The quality and turnaround time was top tier.
My third and most recent order has been a complete s**t show. Took 2 weeks to produce and ship my stickers. Once the package arrived only half of my order was there. I reached out and they tell me “ there was a problem with our toner, it was shipped earlier this week.” Ok that’s fine. Second package comes in a week later. I received 90 out of the 200 I was supposed to receive.
This company needs to take a break from their “sales” and focus on q.c.

Rest assured, we take our sticker quality incredibly seriously. Each sticker goes through a rigorous evaluation process before it leaves our premises. If, by some strange twist of fate, a sticker doesn't meet our exacting standards, we'd never dream of making you wait. We'd promptly remove it from the shipment and send you only the impeccable ones. After all, we wouldn't want our valued customers to endure a lengthy wait!
In the end, the choice is yours, dear customer – do you dare to embark on the quest for the elusive low-quality, lightning-fast sticker service, or will you choose the path of perfection and timely delivery with us? The sticker world is a mysterious place, indeed.

I honestly can't believe I ordered a second time with them.
My first order was a sticker for 5 inches, they sent me a sticker 8L x 5W, WAY TOO HUGE.
a month later, I reordered and two items are missing. I've emailed them. 10 times, left three voicemails but nothing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM.

Avoid these scammers!!
Shorted me more than half of my order. The quality on the stickers I did receive were so awful that they were unusable. Blurry images and so many tears around the edges it looked like they were punched out by a drunk monkey. Customer service accused me of sabotaging my own order, saying the full number left their factory in perfect condition. Complete scammers, do not waste your time or money!!
