Great products and excellent communication
I bought a bed a while back and decided to get 4 sets of matching drawers (bedside drawers and 2 large sets of drawers).
Firstly I reached out to ask about whether the items would be going on sale any time soon, the company came back and gave me a discount code as a returning customer which I was very happy about.
Second nice surprise was that the drawers not only came fully assembled (the bed didn't), but the delivery company they use don't just deliver to the doorstep or hallway like most companies, they unbox your items. Because of this unboxing at the point of delivery, we found a small bit of damage to one of the drawers, so the couriers boxed it back up and took it back with them. No faffing about sending back or settling for something slightly damaged and worrying the company will blame you for it, it was just rejected and dealt with.
Then the replacement item was redelivered, which again they unboxed and this time (as my partner wasn't in bed), I asked them to take the drawers upstairs as they deliver to room of choice!
The bedroom furniture looks and works great and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend.

I’m extremely happy with this bed. The delivery was smooth and on time, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Both the bed frame and the mattress are excellent quality, very sturdy, solid, and well-made. Once assembled, the bed looks absolutely great in the room and has a truly majestic presence. Damaged.
Having received correspondence in advance of the delivery outlining restrictions / limit of liability, I was particularly concerned that we were being offered the opportunity to open the packaging, not so this can be disposed of, but to check for damage. This was again asked verbally prior to arrival - All of which made us very nervous. At the point of delivery it was found that a number of the packages were damaged, one of which clearly showed damage to the woodwork. Unfortunately unable to upload a photo as this would paint the full picture. As there was clearly no dispute we had to unfortunately decline the delivery! Not the experience we expected when we placed the order.

Westcott Soft White & Natural Oak Solid Wood Storage Bed Frame - 4ft6 Double
You truly get what you pay for!
This bed is absolutely fantastic, High-quality, solid wood with a beautiful design and four spacious drawers. I’m completely in love with it!
I did have an issue with the headboard, as there was a visible deep crack in the top right corner, that was visible from the front and back. I contacted customer support, and they responded the very same day within just an hour or two.
The customer service was outstanding, they offered me a fair discount or a replacement, and I chose a full headboard replacement.
They collected the damaged one and delivered the new headboard within only two days, amazing service!
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with both the superb quality of the wooden bed frame and the exceptional customer support. Highly recommended!
