Many thanks The Oak Bed Store for my beautiful bedroom furniture. The quality of the wood and carpentry is exceptional. The wood used in all the items - Bed, chest of draws, bedside draws x2 and underbed draws x 2 is solid oak and match perfectly. The draws are all very spacious and open and close smoothly. Their service from answering my numerous questions, placing my order and the delivery was professional, efficient and friendly, with an understanding how difficult it is to buy off-line. Great business great products. 10/10
Every thing from start to finish was great. Informing about delivery was excellent. Goods in perfect condition. Assembled was so easy and took us about 45 mins . The only down size was getting rid of the packaging. 3 very large strong boxes to break down . As the delivery men opened the boxes so we could check the contents they maybe could have taken them for recycling. Hence a 4 review not 5.

We completely understand that the packaging can be a lot to deal with – just to clarify, our delivery team is only able to remove packaging if the bed frame is fully assembled on arrival, as we can only accept returns with the original packaging intact.

Heywood Soft White Solid Wood Guest Bed
Bed was as described. Solid and well made, easy to assemble. Good quality and would highly recommend.
Only negative comment would be that there were three major nuts missing with the delivery so had to go to Screwfix to get them to complete the bed assembly as didn't have time to wait for the parts to be delivered, which was rather frustrating.

A good quality trundle bed
The trundle bed arrived at the stated date and time. It was very well packaged, not damaged in any way. Easy to assemble with two people in less than an hour. Looks good and is very sturdy. Happy with our choice.

The website gives a lot of information about the products and even more useful was the ability to request a sample of wood to check on colour and finish of the furniture. The quality of the furniture is excellent - all solid wood and good design. Highly recommended.

I don’t often leave reviews but I need…
I don’t often leave reviews but I need to in this instance. We ordered the bed in advance of a house move. I didn’t want to open the boxes before we were in and the delay was no issue for the customer service team. So refreshing. After a month I’ve just opened the box’s and set up the bed and what a bed it is. I like the fact that the website clearly tells you what each section is made from rather than trying to claim like oak furniture land that it’s all solid oak, when I can tell you it isn’t. The bed is absolutely brilliant and very well made. So happy with the purchase.

Excellent company to deal with, order of Chester Medium Oak Ottoman Storage Bed Frame - 5ft King Size was fulfilled within 4 working days, with excellent communications from the delivery company and support from Customer Services.
The Chester Medium Oak Ottoman Storage Bed Frame - 5ft King Size is of excellent quality and proved relatively easy to assemble, even for one person with good components & clear to follow instructions. The only stage that required a second pair of hands was attaching the metal frame to the opening struts of the Ottoman design.
Bed is sturdy, comfortable and looks good - would highly recommend

was pleasantly suprised, when spending £1000 on a bed and mattress on the internet your fingers are crossed.
The experience went well , kept us informed , used a great delivery company and the product is first class,
im a joiner i probably couldnt have made the bed in my workshop that much cheaper after sourcing materials and my time. took 45 minutes to assemble and get the mattress on the bed
On this occasion a fully deserved 5 stars
