Lovely real woollen cardigan. Tad expensive but very good quality.

Efficient delivery and excellent quality product at a good price. Lovely warm men’s fisherman’s jumper.

Sadly the jumper was loose knit and floppy.Sleeves are far to short.
To return cost nearly £15 by the time they had deducted original postage.
Poor experience.

The product was excellent and well priced for the quality. Unfortunately it didn't fit my wife. The return was processed very quickly and efficiently. Would definately use this company again.

This is a brilliant company and extremely helpful. Sandrine, who answered the phone, was amazing. Apparently the jacket I wanted as a replacement for one I had had for a number of years was no longer available in yellow. She managed to source one for me. Delivery was quicker than expected. The jacket was in great condition and well packaged.

I bought a coat and realised it was too big straight away, but due to work travel I didn’t contact the company until 3 weeks later. They replied to my email and explained, very curtly, that because the item was reduced the return period was also reduced. This notice wasn’t on the email confirming the purchase, which just smacks of a desperate company that puts customers at the bottom of their priorities. I am stuck with a coat that’s too big and I’ll never buy from this company again. Buyer beware.
