He is not your normal fitness influencer. He shows his real self no BS at all. He shows that we need to stop making excuses and choose life over nonsense. He has helped me think twice about my choices not only with food but with my lifestyle.

I’ve bought one of his books for my husband. The meal preps are fantastic with some great ideas. I follow John on Instagram as I like watching him grow and his home life with the dogs Frank & Lulu. He’s always brutally honest some people don’t appreciate it but I find he talks sense. If u want change you have to change your habits. That’s a fact. Your in or your out! He’s inspiring and self motivated. Worth a follow.

The recipes are easy and useful for all sorts of weekly planning…John is positive and has been helping others to make changes in their lives in a simple way…meal prep for the week by using his recipes and you will have so much more time to get on with living in a positive matter.The variety of recipes is also a big plus👍

Bought the cookbooks a few years ago and have been following John’s journey for a few years, well before he became the internet sensation he is today. I like his recipes, I think he’s a great inspiration and sets an example. He’s a go getter, doesn’t fuss around and he’s clear and honest with his followers and himself first. I can only admire this man for the path he’s walking on and wish him all the best.

Having gone through the journey himself John understands all the excuses, reasons and whatever else may get in the way of your goals. Some people may be offended by John's views and opinions however for others his no nonsense approach is exactly what they need.

Really helpful guy genuinely wants to help people who want to help themselves! You put in the work he will help get the rewards, so motivational!!

Excellent quality containers. Have the glass ans the plastic. The glass ones truly are completely leak proof! I've had them almost 2 years now and they are still in amazing condition. The plastic ones, whilst not leak proof, are amazingly durable and I've had 3 sets since they first came out and they are still going strong! Highly recommend them!

Best meal prep containers out there.

I bought the glass ones a while ago and have just bought some more as you can’t find better ones anywhere else and they arrive quickly. Swapping the lids over to microwave is a game changer.

Also have one of the books (maybe the first one) and have made a few of the recipes. Good for someone like me who always mealpreps the same things.

Cookery books are brilliant, easy to follow and a really good cross section of recipes. Really like his meal preps. Some people don't like his manner, he is straight talking, but I find if he upsets you don't follow him. Keep up the good work John

We was looking for some quality meal prep dishes as we were just using plastic ones. Came across these after seeing them at a friends house who recommended them.
Quality is superb! Perfect size for our freezer and love that you can place in oven. Purchase experience was great too, from order to delivery.

I've been following the Meal Prep King for 4 or 5 years now. I've brought his books, which I love and his meal prepping ideas have helped me immensely over the years, I follow him on Insta too, and listen and watch his videos. John is a straight to the point kinda guy and says it as it is, maybe a bit harsh at times, but that has sincerely helped me on my journey, and I can never thank him enough. I needed that kick up the bum and a can do attitude, and it helped me 👌👌x ive had to date this today as I can't go back thst far.
