I was lucky enough to win some of John's meal prep containers. They really are the best and was surprised by how much bigger they were in real life. You can fit so much in there and they really are leak proof. I've got half of them in the freezer so I might need to order more 😂

Followed John, his exercise thoughts and food prep. Honest helpful advice. realistic straight talking, if you are doing it - you will love it. If you are finding excuses not to be the best version of you - you won’t !

I follow john and get inspiration from his willpower and belief. I have used this inspiration to lose 5 stone and improve my lifestyle no ends

Cookbooks are great use them all the time

I bought his book a few years ago and, once you work through the several chapters about him and his lovely ex, I initially thought it to be good. However, i started to do some digging and realised all the recipes are copy and pasted from well known websites. He is also well known as a bully and targets mostly females, particularly overweight women! Literally avoid him!

Wish I could give zero stars for this guy! App is a waste of time, no presence from him and nothing you couldn't get for free from AI or other apps such as MFP. He is a bully and belittles all overweight people but mostly females. Do your research before giving any money to him

John is the master of meal prep. We all know prepartion and planning is key to life and incorporating his meal prep in to your life will in my view. Improve time, improve nutrition and save you money. Give it a go.

Nasty horrible bully. Will swear and block you if you ask a question he doesnt agree with. Trying to track down a parcel after 4 weeks and told it not his issue and to F off asking him he was busy.

Added on after his response-
This was before he was playing happy families. He even posted instagram stories tell people to stop asking him about shipping.

Why did you claim this TMPK review page and not the other one? This one had less reviews so easier for you to control your narrative.

Books and meal prep containers are fantastic. Highly motivational on social media. Themealprepking is the total package - I can’t speak any higher of him and his products.

I have learnt so much from John from TMPK. Gives great content. Also does free recipes that I had used alongside his books. Added bonus is following his own personal journey through sobriety and becoming a dog dad. Love Frank and Lulu.

John has gone above and beyond for me and has been apparent he will do the exact same for anyone willing to put in the effort, he has had no reason to but has had 1-2-1 chats with me and a couple phone calls discussing where I can improve my lifestyle to live a healthier life, he does have a tough love approach, but when you listen to what he says and follow his very good guidance the results speak for themselves and the praise he gives is unmatched aswell!

I lost over 7 stone using the books.
The advice is clear extremely easy and maintainable.
I don’t meal prep all the time anymore but I know what to do now to stay on track.
Easy, educational and supportive at all times!

I started 2 years ago w your tips and meal prep tricks and purchased your first book. Stated 242 lbs and couldn’t move , had knee replaced and today 132 walking 6 miles a day, light weights and toning along w vibrate board. You saved my life ❤️

I’ve used the book for a while now and love the recipes. My 7yr old loves the food. TMPK is amazing motivator

I have followed TMPK from the beginning, he is a great guy who says it how it is and unfortunately some people don't like that!!
I've got most of his books and the recipes are tasty and easy to follow.

I have all the TMPK books and love the recipes and simple no nonsense advice which i find really motivating!

I’ve followed TMPK for sometime now, absolutely love his no bullshit attitude of you are what you eat and if you’re fat only you can do something about it so get off your fat arse and get those steps in and start calorie counting. I also love how his inbox is always open for any of his followers if they need any help or support even if it’s not health/fitness related. He comes across as being hard sometimes but underneath I think he’s a big softie really, you can tell he is just by the way he is with little Eddison. John has a beautiful home drives a fast car has great taste in soft furnishings, his garden is bloody amazing and he can cook what’s not to love. 👍❤️

John has always been honest. Hes helped me to keep disciplined and motivated when it comes to either weight loss or achieving my goals.

Ive not used his app, but, the way he is and the way he words things when it comes to weight loss, Is incredible. Johns words can be very powerful to someone whos struggling.

Have followed the meal prep king for a number of years and really enjoy his book and social media presence
