The Makerss Anmeldelser

I have been part of this community for 6 months now and EVERYTHING I have purchased meets or exceeds, my expectation. I am a monthly subscriber to their kits and it’s so much fun and very very well put together.

Products great, exceptional customer service great communication

Lovely website with a great choice of supplies at very reasonable prices. Was very happy with my purchases and pleased with how quickly they arrived. I’m sure I’ll be back for more! 🥰

Easy website to order from
Ordered the earth mat.
Very happy with product
Had a video online explaining how to use the mats.
Which was very helpful

The Makerss is a lovely small company that sells great needle felting kits, the instructions are very well written with photos. There are also tutorials on you tube to support with the building of the kits, Steffi who does these is great. They know where the wool comes from and you always have it written in what's included in the box. I enjoy the subscription box and the flockers box. You know what kit you are getting in the subscription box, but the flock box is always a lovely surprise of wool to try and a lovely monthly get together on a Facebook face to face group chat with Steffi, which is fun and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my needle felting obsession. Wonderful and helpful people.

This company has a great array of items for both wet and needle felting. Navigating the website is straightforward, and communication is good. If you have any issues, it is easy to get in touch via phone, and they are very helpful in solving the problem. Will always use the Makerss for my requirements!

A great company with an excellent reputation in the felting world.
Communication good and problems (mine ;-) were promptly and efficiently dealt with. Great products.
Only thing that prevented me putting 5 stars was the long wait for delivery (though it was a sale at the time and staff were busy).

Ordered 3 kits on July 20th in the sale but they still haven’t arrived nearly 2 weeks on. Site said 2-5 days although it does say in busier periods there can be delays. I think their sales are very popular. Kits I’ve bought previously have always been great with excellent results and Ive no reason to believe these will be any different.

Always great products and service. 5 star!!!

I ordered my item on 31st May and as of 11th June it still has not arrived. I have been told it should arrive soon…

Still waiting for my order to arrive 10days since placing

I’ve found unique tools and mats on The Makerss site. Their PDF tutorials are clearly written and easy to follow.

Really feels like you get a personal service here, it was a pleasure to do my shopping, order arrived quickly beautifully packaged and on time. Thank you

Thanks Makers. Helpful and caring advice. Sorted the problem quickly.

Super friendly and fast service. Product is fantastic. The blending in the wool is lovely and the quality of the wool is outstanding. Will definitely be purchasing more. Shipping to Australia was amazing and arrived sooner than expected. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, great products and quick delivery

Very happy

The Makerss are amazing, Not just a shop to buy. The Makerss have various crafty memberships /subscriptions depending on what your looking for.
The Flock Group are so fabulous, lovely helpful people, new ideas to try, a monthly live video meet up to explain what's in the flock/subs boxes. The felting kits are great value, with excellent instructions.
For beginners / tryers to crafters who already know what they are doing. The Makerss should be your first stop.

Ordered a 4m length of pipe cleaner, very easy checkout, paid using Shop pay. Delivery was very quick and the goods were as described on the website
Many thanks for a great customer experience

Still not received my order 10 days later, I emailed but all I got back was this review. I wanted to use this company for further orders but now will go elsewhere.

Excellent Service and quality products.
I would highly recommend The Makerss and always return to them for more supplies myself.
