Good people, good clothes. Enjoyed that place. Tailoring was perfect

I had to return an item. As usual, I was given a quick and clear advice on the steps.

I was looking for a new suit for my daughter's wedding and her fiancé suggested Oliver Spencer which was only a few minutes walk from their flat in Shoreditch. Initial impressions were of an excellent selection of stylish and quality clothing with plenty of space to look around, with their shop in a lovely location facing the square. I saw a nice looking brown Miro suit which almost looked like silk but was informed that it was actually 100% wool. Although it didn't properly fit they were able to arrange for alterations by a dedicated tailor. The first ones were to shorten the jacket sleeves and let the trousers waist out, which were carried out within a week. I then received an email update that these were completed and with a polite reminder to remember the shoes I'd be wearing on the day so that when I return later in May then can take a second set of measurements to adjust the length of the trousers. I felt that the staff, and in particular Steven Quinn who attended to me, were polite, personable and knowledgeable with an emphasis on helping you get what you want rather than any pressure selling. It was also very handy that they can organise the alterations (for a small cost) as well as look after my suit in the intervening weeks (I stay near Edinburgh). So, if you are a man looking for stylish clothing then I would definitely recommend visiting Oliver Spencer.

All arrived on time as expected

Everything was perfect except, in your selling mail the price was in pounds, but on your webpage, the price in Swedish crowns was much higher. That was confusing and I therefore had to make two phone calls to you. I guess the reason is because of Brexit and so on, but it was confusing. Anyway I loved the Jumper.

The assistant in the shop was very pleasant and helpful, but didn’t pressure me to buy.
I soon saw what I was looking for, the fit is excellent, I love the design and the detailing. I’ll be wearing it again today.
I have been an Oliver Spencer customer for many years, as the clothes are good quality and the designs a little out of the ordinary.

Ordering was easy and trouble free. Goods arrived on time and were well packaged and presented. I will definitely be using the Oliver Spencer portal in future.

Even though to accepting worn ( bit clean) O.S clothing back for the all natural fibres to be shredded and reused in return for O.S vouchers for their shops and products. Don't know of any other businesses which have the same sustainable development which benefits the environment and the customer.

Beautiful trousers. The linen fabric is so soft. The shape is just what I was looking for, a slightly baggy leg shape.
Waist-wise, they're slightly on the small side and there isn’t the option to have the waistband adjusted. But I love them.

Oliver Spencer always dispatch orders quickly and they arrive very fast. These vests are great, exactly as described.

Delivery was fast and easy to track. Sizing guides were easy to use and accurate and the quality of the garments was very high.
