The Luxury Bed Company Anmeldelser

When we visited. We were met by Jo. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was an asset to the team with his friendly nature and professionalism.

Everyone looking into this company and deciding whether to purchase any piece of furniture from them, they are the real deal legit the quality is perfect and beyond our expectation!! also I want to mention Kal was great to deal with very honest his communication was amazing. We think the luxury bad company for their honesty. They’re great quality and they’re fast turnaround.

From the initial dealings to delivery & assembly, a great customer experience. The bed is fantastic, looks superb and so comfy

Highly recommend folks !

The service from start to finish was excellent. Answered any questions I had and kept me up to date even the day before delivery. Delivery guys was efficient and put the beds up in no time and made no mess at all. The beds are amazing and amazing quality. Would definitely order from here again!! Thankyou so much xx

I ordered 4 beds for my new house- 2 double and 2 king with mattress’s from the luxury bed company. I absolutely love them all. They are So good quality and I have had so many compliments from friends and family. The service has been exceptional and efficient from start to finish.

The only small issue is the king size beds are very difficult to lift when using for storage.

Had my bed delivered yesterday and I’m absolutely in love, it’s stunning. Delivery took slightly longer than I’d hoped for but it was well worth it. Thank you!!

Fast and easy ordering, excellent customer service from Leanna who has kept us updated, been super professional yet helpful and friendly. Awaiting bed delivery which we are extremely excited about so will add a further update once bed has been delivered

Ordered a second bed and have to say the guys do what they say.. from great discounts to choice of designs it’s absolutely brilliant and transforms any bedroom .. and big thank you to Meg at customer service for her amazing help at end if order.. first class service 👌🏻✨💫

The guys were friendly, explained everything and the bed was absolutely stunning. My little girl was over the moon.

Great communication and the bed is great quality, thanks!

The team at The Luxury Bed Company were incredibly responsive and helpful. Leanna, Meg and Callum (all of whom were extremely friendly!) answered all my questions promptly and made sure I had all the information I needed to arrange delivery to Guernsey via courier (which is not always easy with larger items!). Their communication both via e-mail and telephone was second to none and, when I was placed on hold (which was never for very long) their facts and jokes kept me entertained, instead of the usual cheesy music you hear when other companies place you on hold!

I am now excitedly awaiting delivery of my two beds, while also looking at purchasing a further three beds with The Luxury Bed Company!

Thank you TLBC!

Best customer service, best delivery service and hands down the BEST BED EVER 😍

The team at The Luxury Bed Company have been nothing but amazing from the absolute start! My bed was delivered on time and in one peace, the boys who arrived were very friendly, efficient and professional!! So glad I chose this company as they have all been a delight! Love my gorgeous bed. 🤍🤍🤍

Amazing! From start to finish. I messaged via Instagram for queries and had fast responses. I asked for photos of the colours I liked, and they sent loads over. Then I purchased, then I had a phone call before they made it to ensure everything I wanted I had put down correctly. I love how thorough this is. And the had a phone call to arrange delivery. That was super smooth. I built the bed, which was extremely easy and straight forward and I’m obsessed. I want one in every room. Really gives hotel and luxury vibes with amazing quality. Absolutely over the moon with my decision to purchase

Amazing quality, delivery was amazing they were very polite and we was very impressed with how quickly they put it together!
