I recently contacted the hotel's customer service with several detailed questions before my stay, and I was thoroughly impressed by their response.
The team replied with genuine patience and care. They didn't rush through my inquiries or give short, generic answers. Instead, they took the time to address every single point I raised in a clear, well-organized manner. Their reply was comprehensive and thoughtful — they explained room options with specific details about views, bedding, and amenities, provided accurate information about check-in procedures, breakfast timings, transportation from the airport, and even included helpful tips for nearby restaurants and attractions based on my preferences.
What stood out most was how they anticipated additional questions I might have and proactively offered extra information, such as current hotel policies, cancellation terms, and photos of the rooms I was considering. The response felt personal and attentive, not like a copied template. Every question was answered thoroughly, professionally, and with a friendly tone that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
Thanks to their excellent support, I felt confident and excited about my upcoming stay. This level of detailed, patient, and caring customer service is rare these days and definitely sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend staying here — not just for the property itself, but especially for the outstanding pre-arrival assistance.

Absolutely appreciate the super helpful and valuable responses from Snow Mon and Niro. We were considering various alternatives, but because of them both, it was very easily decided amongst my group to go with NISADE’s property. I had an excellent experience working with the NISADE Guest Experience team, especially Joda.

Their responses were always incredibly prompt, professional, and detailed. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they took the time to think through every aspect of my trip, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

We booked 3 nights stay at Kozue Niseko with Nisade and I must say the support by the team was amazing.
After a few days post booking the property for our stay, I realised they adjusted the price for each night to a slightly lower rate.
I emailed them to confirm that and asked if they could honour the lower rate for my stay since it was only a few days ago when I booked the property.
Gracie from Nisade reservations responded within 24hrs and offered to adjust my room rate to match the current lower rate as a one time goodwill gesture.
I understand this is sincerely out of goodwill and I truly appreciate the gesture!
Also on other requests like airport transfer, they responded rather promptly and I’m already enjoying their stellar service even before I started my holiday. Thank you team Nisade!
