Thank you for thinking of us as the first stop for a special gift. Five little ones and her first boy… that’s a milestone worth celebrating in style.

I’m thrilled to hear you found over £100 worth of lovely clothes for £30, and even more delighted that everything arrived in excellent condition. Knowing the Isle of Man post can be unpredictable, a Friday order arriving by Tuesday feels like a small miracle — and I’m so glad it reached you right when you needed it.

Thank you for taking the time to share this — I’m really sorry your clear‑out experience left you feeling disappointed. That’s absolutely not the outcome we want for anyone, especially when you’ve trusted us with clothes in good condition.

We want you to expect accuracy and care. Items being marked as donated when you believed they met our criteria, and brands being listed incorrectly, would understandably feel frustrating. A high‑value piece like your MarMar jacket deserves a proper assessment, and I’m really sorry that this didn’t match your expectations.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the vouchers—we’re really sorry the conditions feel restrictive. Just to clarify, these rules apply only to JoJo Maman Bébé vouchers and are set by JoJo themselves, not by thelittleloop – we would also prefer it if there were fewer restrictions on the vouchers, but we have to work within the constraints set by our partners.

It is also possible to convert your credit into vouchers for a wide range of other brands, which come with fewer conditions attached and can be converted into any amount. Plus, we have a wonderful selection of JoJo preloved items available on our website, so your credit can go even further in finding something you love.

We always want to give our customers the very best service and as many options as possible for using any credit awarded. As a small business, we take feedback seriously and do our best to keep the process flexible. At times, though, we are limited by the conditions set by our partners, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we continue working to make things better.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience — even though it wasn’t what we hoped for, your honesty helps us grow.

We’re sorry the process felt slow and unclear. We aim to make things smooth and transparent, and it seems that we didn’t quite get it right for you. The condition change on the party dress understandably is frustrating; there are specific reasons why we will adjust the condition of an item, if it needs to be washed, or has a mark / is missing a label etc.

We’re very proud of the service we offer and are aware that our processing time has extended, because of the overwhelming support we have had for trade in & clear out; we are working very hard to reduce this time. We are also working to update our communications so you get a little more detail for each item that we process.

While we’re proud of the service we offer, we know it only works when every step feels fair and respectful. Your feedback is a powerful reminder to keep improving — especially around processing times and clearer communication about item assessments.
