I bought 3 keyrings, paid £25 for each one and they all broke. I sent them back for repair and when I got them back they were still rubbish. I have wrote again but got no response. I would not recommend this company

Absolutely fantastic service from this company. They went above and beyond with our order of cufflinks for our son on his wedding day. They actually hand delivered them the day before the wedding. Cannot recommend them enough. Truly amazing xxx

Our daughter ordered my husband and I a bracelet in November last year for Christmas with a little handprint from her newborn son.Lovely idea…… but what a dreadful company to deal with! She was reassured if size was wrong she could return easily. My husband’s was far too small so she contacted them on numerous occasions only for them to be difficult and unhelpful to return. Sometimes she couldn’t get hold of anyone to talk to. After a while she gave up we as her parents found the bracelets flimsy and of poor quality mine snapped after two weeks. We went to a local jewellers to have the little heart put onto a new bracelet as our daughter was upset we couldn’t wear. Now after a few months of wearing we find the little handprint has faded so much. We feel very disappointed with this company and want other potential customers to be aware.

Please avoid working for this company and I say the word company very loosely.

Management were rarely available and would often ignore messages for days at a time, leaving staff without support or answers. There was a constant lack of stock due to poor organisation and failure to order products in time, which created unnecessary stress and extra work for customer service staff dealing with frustrated customers.

Promises were frequently made by management but rarely kept, with excuses constantly given instead of solutions. Staffing was also very poorly planned. If someone needed to leave early, the remaining staff member would often be expected to stay longer unexpectedly, losing personal time through no fault of their own and without proper compensation.

Payroll was another ongoing issue. Wages were consistently paid late every month, and payslips would often not be available until at least a week afterwards. This meant that if there were mistakes with pay, employees would already be halfway through the next month before anything could even begin to be resolved — and even then, management were often reluctant to correct issues promptly.

It’s a shame, because the team themselves made the workplace enjoyable, but the lack of professionalism and organisation from management made the overall experience very frustrating.

Bought a personalised locket necklace. Got an automated email saying order place. No other correspondence. No dispatch. Nothing. Tried to call so many times during business hours- no answer. Left emails- no answer. Tried to contact them through socials- no answer. WhatsApp- says no longer valid. Tried to log in to the account I created- error page. Tried to go to the tracking page on the website- error page. Where are these good recent reviews coming from? Scammers leaving fake reviews? Before you order try and call the company number to see if anybody answers for you. I got “free next day delivery”. What a joke. Ghost company. Scam.

Before placing my order, I have to admit I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the online reviews. However, I’m so pleased I decided to go ahead.

From my very first enquiry, Hayley and the team at The Little Keepsake Company were absolutely fantastic. Every email was answered promptly, all of my questions were dealt with professionally, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Hayley kept me updated throughout the process, including letting me know about a slight delay so they could wait for the correct split rings to arrive. Rather than rushing the order, they wanted to make sure everything was exactly right, which I really appreciated.

I ordered ten personalised engraved keyrings, each with different names and custom engraving on both sides. They arrived very quickly, were beautifully packaged, and the quality has exceeded my expectations. The engraving is crisp, the finish is excellent, and they look exactly as I had hoped.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values customer service and takes pride in its work. My experience has been first class from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Little Keepsake Company to anyone looking for a quality personalised gift.

Title: Avoid if you’re looking for a professional, well-managed workplace

Pros:
None that outweighed the negatives.

Cons:
This was easily the worst place I’ve worked. In my experience, there were constant operational and management issues that made it extremely difficult to do the job properly.

Pay and payslips were regularly late, and there were ongoing payroll issues, including incorrect tax codes and PAYE problems. Even after leaving, I had to repeatedly chase for my P45 and P60 before they were finally provided.

The business constantly suffered from stock shortages, yet employees were still expected to hit unrealistic targets and deadlines. It was impossible to meet expectations when the tools and stock needed to do the job simply weren’t available. There also appeared to be little or no effective stock control.

Management communication was poor. There was constant miscommunication, and managers were often unavailable for long periods. Decisions were delayed because the company wouldn’t invest in the software and systems needed to run efficiently, leaving staff regularly waiting for authorisation codes just to complete basic tasks.

I didn’t receive an employment contract for over a year, and there was no meaningful career progression. The workplace itself was untidy and often felt more like a personal storage or garage than a professional working environment. Basic essentials such as toilet roll, soap and cleaning supplies frequently ran out. On more than one occasion, staff had to buy printer paper with their own money just to keep orders moving.

Administrative processes were equally poor. Filing was disorganised, paperwork was difficult to locate, and most communication took place through WhatsApp, which did not feel like an appropriate or professional way to manage company business or employee information.

Overall, the business felt disorganised from top to bottom. Staff were expected to overcome constant obstacles while receiving very little support or investment. I would not recommend working here to anyone looking for stability, professionalism or opportunities to develop their career.

Advice to management:
Invest in proper systems, improve communication, pay employees accurately and on time, provide contracts promptly, maintain adequate stock levels, and create a professional working environment. Looking after your employees should be a priority, not an afterthought.

I ordered two personalised necklaces for my daughters. The website was easy to use.
Delivery was amazing. I ordered before 1pm and got it the next day, with their free fast tracking delivery.
The necklaces are beautiful, and I will most definitely order from here again.

I would give it a zero star if possible. I have been waiting for my hand and foot print frame for more than a month now and there has been no communication at all. I have tried emailing the customer support many times but no reply. My baby's growing by the day and we wanted to preserve those early moments which they have ruined. Please do not buy from these guys.

I waited over a month for my order that wasn't even dispatched, no discussion from the company explaining why. Fell way out of the estimated delivery time and never received my iten. Complained and asked for my money back, did recieve the money. Don't recommend this company at all, genuinely thought i had been scammed.

Still waiting for items, email replies come - but only stalling and not giving any timeline. Asked for refund as this was for an occasion that passed weeks ago.

Looks cheap. The gold plaque is not the same as on the website. Looks cheap and doesn't match the gold of the molding

Ordered petty last minute for a personalised key ring for Eid and they did an amazing job getting it to me on time! Customer service and product was amazing! Thank you

I wish I read reviews before my purchase.
Such a bad quality packaging, horrible customer service.
Didn't want to do refund, didn't want to hear anything, stoped replying after few emails.
Horrible service, bad quality, cheap looking earrings.
Seriously don't bother finding something better.

The order was over a month delayed.
The product is terrible quality.
The company will not address these issues, refund the items, or take any measures to garner customer satisfaction.

Do not waste your money.

My wife Bought a bracelet,arrived on Monday small issue with it, contacted them asked for it to be returned to them so they could fix it, did so on theTuesday new one arrived on the Friday, was kept informed throughout on the progress, no fuss, extremely pleased with the bracelet and customer service dealing with the issue promptly and efficiently

Really disappointed bracelets broke the first time my daughter wore it. Absolutely no response from the Company. Don't waste your money, other companies with similar jewellery who actually care about providing a good service.

I bought a bracelet gor my daughter for Christmas. On delivery I wasn't happy with the quality but I did keep it in the end as I eould have lost more money returning it and for the engraving. My daughter wore it for about 7 days and it broke.
I have since tried to contact them but they haven't returned my emails.
I have tried to call them but it says their in box is full..
I'm not happy at all and my daughter is very disappointed. I eould not recommend this company

I just want to put my experience out there, arrived promptly and although I wasn’t happy with the button necklace I bought the item was just too small. I did have problems with Customer Services as didn’t get a reply so I could get a returns label. However I did get a reply a few minutes ago from Aimie who sounded very poorly and said many staff are poorly. Aimie sent me a label and all got sorted so my experience got a 5* and hope the staff are better soon and able to Have a Happy Christmas. Thank you for your support 🎄

I ordered a charm necklace with my daughter’s finger print on, the picture I sent didn’t have a lot of detail on so they emailed and called me to ask for another ad the necklace wouldn’t be worth it without a decent picture. I have received it now it is better then I thought would be. I would 100% recommend
