Offer a product and service and both not forthcoming. No product (in stock on their website) no next day delivery (offered on their website), in fact no delivery at all. Will not reply to emails and phone system seems to be permanently not working. Money returned by PayPal.

I have not received the item I ordered although it says 2-3 days. That was over a week ago.
I had sent two emails to their customer service with no response. I have tried calling but you cannot get through.

I placed my order on 21/03/2026 and only just received the item today - 05/06/2026. I continually contacted them to ask for a refund as I was sick of waiting for it and bought it elsewhere and did not receive a single reply. Terrible company - stay clear

Do not ever purchase from this store. Customer service is horrific and the returns process vague and complex. After eventually figuring out how to return the lamps I purchased (in their perfect original condition and packaging) I never received my money back. Disappointed and disgusted.

Initially they sent a faulty lamp but did then replace this. The replacement has broken and they will not answer any emails. Really annoying as paid £75 for lamp!

13 days after order and still haven't received my item Cannot phone. I have emailed.
Should have delivered within 2 -3 days.

Terrible they have taken payment but no delivery cannot get in touch with anyone on line or phone.

I never received my order, and have had no response to email chasers. At this point I'll have no choice but to try and obtain a refund via my bank. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering.

Update 15 May 2026: I've just checked my bank and I've had a refund, but still no response to any of my emails.

Goods not received. No response to email.

Avoid this company. Their customer service is non-existent. Their telephone lines are permanently experiencing 'technical difficulties' and never work. They never respond to emails requesting help, and even if you manage to get a response on the Live Chat facility, they never follow up (I spoke with someone 3 times, and nothing was done). Really poor all round.

I order a light a month ago. Was supposed to be here in 3 days. Still not arrived. No one has replied to my emails, you cannot get through on phone. Someone did answer my chat and said it would be here in two days. It never arrived. Now no one is answering g the chat. I think I have lost my money.

Received my purple vase ,vase was well packed and l am very happy with purchase cheers.

Customer service is non existent. Fine if you get what you want but if not (one of our shades had a chip) it is impossible to resolve. Advertised phone number not available. Multiple emails ignored. Website form no response. Live chat (not really live as had to try over several hours to get a response) - promise of return label and replacement did not happen, and no further update.
I would avoid this company.

Ordered some new light switches and plug sockets on 02/04/2026 and received a confirmation email....then nothing!
Have emailed asking where my goods are, have tried a FB message and their chat service that doesn't work but on top of all of that if you phone them you get an automated message saying 'we cannot answer for technical reasons!' Presumably the 'technical reason' being that they don't want to answer!
Have now started a dispute via our bank to get our money back, do not order from these people as you will not receive your goods in all likelyhood.

Ordered, no delivery. No communication. Like many others, can't get through on phone, no replies from email or live chat. Scam. Avoid.

Never received the goods, the company’s have 2 names, money taken, can’t call as always a technical issue,emails never replied to, avoid them

Ordered a ceiling light with delivery in 2-3 days, day 9 now and no delivery. Tried emailing with no response, tried calling and seemingly they have technical issues so can’t accept any calls. Tried chat no response whatsoever. Had no other option but to raise a case for goods not received with my bank. Stay well clear of this company, wish I had read the reviews on here beforehand.
