Good online store with lots of different things to buy! They have sales a lot of the time too.

It’s hard to find good online shops to buy merchandise from your favorite kpop artists. What I like about this store is has a wide variety and good quality products. I’m a big fan of the earrings idols wear and it’s great to see that they sell them here. Also the website is easy to navigate and the staff is also very helpful. All in all a great website to buy products from.

I like the products i see on the site and would be interested in purchasing from the but since i dont have a lot of money i cant afford to get anything from the site i am a big bts army fan and with not being able to afford any kind of bts merch makes me sad and feel like less of a bts fan and if i had the opprotunity that the wealthy fan who do have money to afford the merch on this site i would be glad to puchase my own merch but since i dont have much money and cant afford the costs it makes me feel sad and i give up on having bts merch

The service is great... but the shipping of the product is kinda slow... i ordered here and it took almost two months for the product to arrive.. but overall i gave it 4 stars since i've been really satisfied with the product quality..💜

I wil be as precise and objective as I can in this review and will only give my personal opinion at the end. Let me explain exactly what happened and why you shouldn't buy anything from theKdom.

On january 12th I placed an order on a BTS iPhone 6s phone case. The price was 12.99$ but since I had a discount code i paid 11.69$. I recieved a confirmation letter with tracking and order number, and a reciept on my order being well, confirmed basically, 2 letters actually, one having another discount code. Shipping was free.

On the first confirmation letter I also got info about how long it would take for me to get my order i.e:

1. Up to 10 days after the order has been placed for tracking information to become available so that you can track your order.
2. It would take 12-30 days for the shipping (international, - I live in Sweden).
3. If the order has not arrived whitin 60 days of the purchase you will recieve a full refund.

January 24th, 12 days later, I email the costumer service telling them that I haven't recieved the tracking info that was supposed to become available in maximum 10 days. and it had been 12 days. Two hours later they get back to me telling me that they have recieved my order and that there will be slight delay as of holidays and that their factory is closed until the 26th of january but that my order would be shipped instantly once their factory opened again.

But that did not happen. On february 16th, a month later, I write to them again. Expressing my concern and the fact that i no longer was interested in the order since it had been neglected, despite them previously telling me they had recieved my order info. Their answer was that they now had contacted their shiping team and that i would get a full amount refund if i didnt recieve it in "few days".

On march 1, around two months later I reach back again. Having not recieved anything, no tracking info, no shipping info, absolutely nothing I wrote back that I wanted my promised refund. On day later, march 2 they write back. They tell me that they've already issued a refund from their refund team and that i should get my money back "in the next few days".

And here i am, today, march 16th, a total of 65 days later. I've checked my bank acount and have not recieved my money, nor have they contacted me. I've read that it can take some time for the money to transfer to my acount and since i've been patience for this long i will wait again. *note that i also contacted them via their instagram but since they didn't respond i will not include it in my review.

Lastly, here is my opinion.I think all people whether they're a company or act indivudually have faults and errors. That's simply who we are so i'm not one to judge people when they mess up, that happens and it's normal. However i'm dissappointed in theKdom, feeling very much decieved, scammed as others say. I was the only one contacting them, as if my rights weren't in their interest at all. If I hadn't contacted them, they would just have gotten my money. Is that ok?

It would have been if they had immediately had made my order, shipped it as they said. Holdidays are over now so that won't excuse your delay. Your shipping "team" failed and so did your refund "team". When you contact me, I do not want another round of "its gonna take a few days", I want an exact estimate on how long it will take for me to get my 11:69$ back. I think i've earnt that right.

The only postive thing I have to say is that whenever i contacted their costumer service, they DID reach back, and quite early so which i am grateful for. This was certainly an experience, one i never want to go thorugh again but I've learnt my lesson and will unfortunetly for theKdom, never buy from their shop again. And so should you.
