Fantastic customer service
Great prices on some end of line cords, fast service and great customer service. Something I ordered was out of stock so I got an apologetic and explanatory email and a refund AND a couple of extra bits in my box. Thank you so much. 😊

This shop and its owner are amazing- please check out this shop, you certainly won’t be disappointed!!!
Hannah is so lovely to deal with, and so very helpful- she went out of her way to help me get my order sorted, and I can’t thank her enough. This is the third, and largest order I have placed, and I was thrilled to receive my beautifully parcelled weaving materials. I got some amazing deals in her sale and honestly can’t rate the shop and the quality of its products highly enough. I shall definitely be returning again soon to see what else I can buy… I love that she always has some discounted goods, so that you can find something to suit everyone’s budget. A well deserved 5***** this is now my go to for weaving supplies. Thankyou for making shopping with you feel so special. Hannah clearly loves what she does and that shines through. A thoroughly delighted customer.
