The Joinery Shutter Co. Anmeldelser

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish with an extremely high quality product. Our shutters look amazing. Thank you so much to all the team.

Everything was measured and fitted on time, the shutters are excellent and at a price which was a massive saving on the brand leader's quote.
Highly recommended

Excellent customer experience and a beautiful product that really enhances the look of the property but is also very practical - thank you, we love our shutters!

Every aspect of the installation was carried out in a very professional manner. From the measurement and quote visit to the fitting, everyone was on-time, tidy and polite. Can’t fault them.

Excellent service and price.
Friendly and knowledgeable installation team with a deservedly good reputation.
Thanks for a lovely pair of shutters.

The Joinery and Shutter company were a pleasure to do business with . They came when they said they would did a very good job cleared up when they finished and the price was very reasonable . I would not hesitate to recommend and have already done so .

Clean, efficient and professional job at a reasonable price, very satisfied.

Really wish we could give more than 5* for this company. We had shutters fit by them approx 6mths ago, and can honestly say we are still over the moon with them, they have transformed the look of our home inside and outside. We always get 3 quotes- the second one was with us over 2hrs (totally confused us about how they would be fit) & told us, we would never get another quote to match his- wrong- we did from Rob. We knew we were going to go with him as he explained everything, we jusy knew we were in safe hands. We were also having newstyle windows fit, so on his first visit gave us as close to price as poss which we told him we were happy with. After completion of windows Rob came back to remeasure & couldn't believe it when he gave us an even cheaper quote- not often you find such honesty. Sorry for going on, but I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough, from Robs first visit, to the first class team who fitted them. I am more than happy if you want to speak to me direct so you know this is an honest review 😊

Fantastic company.

They listened and understood what I was looking for, explained the different style options, opening mechanisms and colours, etc to help me choose what I wanted a quote for. They measured and quoted me on the day with no pressure to order or buy.

We placed our order and they were installed within about 6 weeks from order and look amazing.

We get compliments on them all the time and other people have had shutters fitted on our street since after seeing ours.

10/10 for quality of product, easy or use, install and customer service from us. We would highly recommend.

We have since ordered and had installed further shutters on our new fence doors to match. Again 10/10!

Professional from outset measured gave a price explained about time frame
Kept updated with delivery dates and fitting
Fitted and tidied up very pleased

Great Company
Really friendly and efficient-no pressure to commit-lots of advice on the right style for us. Once we ordered we were kept informed of delivery times. The chaps that fitted them worked hard and were very respectful of my home. All round a great company I would strongly recommend.

High quality and fitted on time and on budget. A pleasure to have them do the work. I would recommend.

fantastic product backed up by superb customer services at a fair price.

Great service from start to finish.
Although we had to wait 12 weeks for the shutters to be made and fitted the company would send emails and provide updates.

Would definitely recommend

Excellent service, competitive prices and quality fitting. I'm still has happy as the day they were fitted. Highly recommended

Rob was brilliant, straight talking and fair. The joiners now being used to fit the shutters were competent and did an excellent job on the bay window. Our shutters are lovely and so worth it, keep the house 2 degrees warmer over night and when needed they are really great at keeping the heat out in the summer too. I suffer with chronic migraine syndrome and they help me to control my environment effectively all the time. Well worth doing and I commend this company unreservedly!

Excellent service . From quote to fitting, excellent communication. Shutters look stunning and good quality. Fitters were really friendly, cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great company .

Had our shutters installed in January 2025. Fitters arrived punctually and completed the job in a couple of hours. Very clean and polite and respectful. Needed a slight problem attending to 12 months later. No problem getting an after sales/service visit and the same care and attention when the job was done. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Fantastic service from Joinery Shutter Company. From the initial contact to installation we were super impressed. The quality of the shutters are fantastic and have really transformed our home. Would have no hesitation in recommending Joinery Shutter Company.

Fair pricing. Professional yet friendly staff. Quality shutters and perfect fitting.
