The Joinery Shutter Co. Anmeldelser

Excellent company. Efficient from start to finish. Shutters are excellent quality and not overpriced

I was recommended this company by two friends and I’m glad I chose them. No hassle measuring and quotation.
My shutters were fitted today by Tom, and they look great. I’m really pleased and will happily recommend The Joinery Shutter Co to anyone.

This was the 2nd time I have used the company and just the same level of service. Lovely friendly joiner work done and cleaned up after . Sarah very helpful arranging fitting time for me too. They were originally recommended to me by a friend and I would happily do the same.

Very good... took some time getting info... staff did not promptly reply or give info... a bit laid back... but friendly.
Punctuality very good... arrived on time to measure and fit.
Pleased with product
Took about 10 week from order.
Had to pay 50% when placing order.
Took about 45 minutes to install one window...

Would recommend 👌 👍 👏 😌 💯

Had my shutter fitted today by Tom and I am totally made up! So pleased with how they look. Process was so easy, from the home visit measuring up to emails keeping me up to date from Sarah and the fitter Tom who took such pride in his work. Nothing is forced on you. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you!

The consultation to place order was great, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. The website they have is useful and informative. The paying system - clever. The fitter was great, he was quick, tidy, and obviously experienced. The shutter is as ordered and fits a treat. The value for money is excellent. I can truly recommend… but, I had to wait 12-weeks for delivery and fitting - the reason being shutters come from China on a very slow boat. You will need to plan around a very very long lead time hence the 4-stars.

Excellent service from start to finish. I'll be back in touch to have my bedroom windows done!

Although the original installation went quite well, it took us two years to realize that the shutters provided for identical windows, were not the same. The upper section above the cross member contained three shutters on one window and four shutters on the other window. Any attempt at a response from these people has proved negative.

Excellent service all round, from the first call to measurement and then install. Kept well informed with the progress of the order and on installation day, fitter arrived well in advance, he was very friendly and professional. The shutters are fabulous, so much, we want more windows fitted.with shutters.Excellent and would/have recommended to family/ friends.

Amazing service! From.the beginning there was no pressure to purchase or any ' hard sell', which we liked.
Polite and professional service all the way with constant updates on our order. Everything ran smoothly from order to installation. Rrasonable prices with plenty of options made available.
Cannot rate this company enough- highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn’t recommend The Joiner Shutter Company enough. From the initial measurement to the fitting, everything was completed within the 12-week timeframe as promised.

I absolutely love the shutters they are exactly what I wanted and look perfect in the room. The fitters were amazing on the day. I’d had my ceiling plastered after the original measurements, which made the shutters slightly too small for the space, but the team really pulled it out of the bag and made it work perfectly.

The whole experience was professional and stress-free. They were originally recommended to me by family members, and I wouldn’t hesitate to pass that recommendation on to anyone who asked.

Excellent all round - from Rob who came with all the samples and did the measuring, Sarah who kept us updated with the progress and arranged the fitting appointments to Drew, fitter extraordinaire who did a fabulous job fitting the shutters and blinds throughout the house. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

Absolutely wonderful firm! Starting with the owner, Rob who’s so friendly and not pushy to his fabulous team. Thank you all. Next thing for me are the blinds in my conservatory. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Top quality shutters installed at a competitive price. We've had the shutters for 5 years and they are still solid with no structural issues.

Love my shutters great price.. Lovely fitters that came to fit them… only down side is having to wait so long for them. Would highly recommend The Joinery Shutter Co.

Could not be happier with the service I received from start to finish. Professional service and great quality product at a reasonable price in comparison to other quotes I received. Rob was really informative and helpful with the ton of questions I asked to help me decide which style to go for. I was kept up to date along the way whilst the shutters were made and the fitters were excellent. Super efficient, professional and friendly in their work and left my home clean and tidy. Can't recommend them enough!

The tradesmen were very polite and tidy workers, the price of the job was very reasonable and I was very happy with everything
Thanks
