Excellent service. Life was breathed back into my Mac desktop when I thought it was bound for the graveyard! Communication was excellent and I was fully briefed on costs and time. It now works better than ever for a fraction of the cost of a full replacement. Really impressed. I will use Infinite Loop whenever I get a problem.

I've been using Infinite Loop for several years and they have never once let me down. Excellent service day in, day out. I recommend them regularly without reservation.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Infinite Loop for my MacBook repair. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and efficient.

Really impressed with the communication, customer service and "can do" attitude. MacBook Air is now working perfectly again after its "cup of tea" incident. Reasonable prices as well. Thank you very much, we wish we had found you before and are happy to recommend.

Infinite Loop provided a first rate service replacing a shattered screen on my iPad Pro., at a much more realistic price than repairs through Apple or purchasing a renovated or new iPad Pro. If you product is relatively new, and now faulty but out of warranty, repair at The Infinite Loop is the answer.

After Apple were unable to help me, I decided to contact infinite loop. I’m glad I did. After a full upgrade to the latest operating software I feel like I’ve got a new iMac . Thank you

I was treated very well and my laptop returned in perfect condition. delivery and collection of items could have been smoother but was overall pretty good.

I had a fantastic experience with Infinite Loop. Before visiting, I called the shop and spoke with Will, who was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. My MacBook Pro wouldn’t turn on, so I needed someone to thoroughly check it out. When I arrived, Jack and Joe greeted me warmly and were ready to assist immediately. They use an online system that keeps you updated on the repair progress, which is really handy. The shop is conveniently located in the Jewellery Quarter, with paid parking right outside. I’ll definitely use their services again in the future.

A big thank you to the team @ infinite loop. I have had a problem with my iMac for a number of years now with very low speeds.
