The Infinite Loop Anmeldelser

Absolutely spot on with timing and prosecution. Spotless and straight to the point. Super professional too.

My MacBook Pro needed a new speaker and a replacement battery. Infinite Loop fitted in this project at a time and date to suit my schedule. They carried out the work promptly and efficiently. I have come to expect this having dealt with them for some years.

Great repair really helpful advice

Great honest service and my watch look longer than expected but the communication was great throughout. Would recommend and reasonably priced, a good alternative to apple.

I am really pleased with the service I received. Although the upgrade on my Apple Mac Pro took a bit longer than expected, it wasn’t a problem. They persevered through a challenging upgrade and did a highly professional job. I’m particularly impressed with how they diagnosed and remedied the issue. Now, we plan to have them perform the same upgrade on four other machines. Great work overall!

Infinite Loop not only know the Apple scene inside out, importantly they really took the time to understand exactly what we needed as a creative studio from our kit upgrade. We were up and running, quicker than ever and the data migration service worked like a dream. 100% Recommend.

Will and the team did a great job of replacing my MacBook screen. Kept up to date along the way with progress, which was helpful. Many thanks

Took my sons Mac Book Pro to this small company based in the Heart of Birmingham, they offered a no fee diagnostic service with no pressure to repair.
Dealt with Will and David who were both excellent to keep me in the loop of my repair and answered any questions or concerns I had. We are delighted to have this back in full working order and now have a 12 month warranty on the repair, would highly recommend using this company,
Many thanks

The phone was answered promptly byvery helpful staff who are excellent at communicating over the phone and making collection and delivery systems work well. They give you a sense of confidence in sending an expensive computer to them for repair. I am very pleased with the repairs which were done at a good price. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent advice and service from the team. My laptop has come back like new! I shall definitely be back!

When my daughter’s MacBook suddenly failed Infinite Loop quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They did so for less than Apple who just wanted to sell us a replacement. I would not only recommend them but have alone back as my other daughter iPhone needed repairing. New screen is as good as new unlike dull screens from elsewhere

The guys at infinite loop are very helpful. Recently had an iPad Air repaired and 2 early generation iPods upgraded with battery and solid state drive. Excellent job and promptly done.
Definitely recommend for any Apple product repairs

I had my two iPods worked on by Infinite Loop. They were super professional and booking in was simple. Communication via email was clear and seamless throughout the duration of the repair and upgrade. In the end, the repair to my iPod touch was very well done from a quality perspective and the price was good. I also had a storage capacity increase on my iPod classic which I'm also now benefitting hugely from. There aren't many companies doing this at this level in the country. Thanks for the superb work.

I had my Macbook Pro screen replaced by Infinite Loop. Their customer service was amazing, as they managed to run diagnostics, source the screen and resolve the issue within a week. furthermore, they offered the best price for completing the job.

My Apple MacBook Air screen fell and became unrepairable. I was distraught. I called Infinite and they were very helpful and professional, collecting and returning my laptop, following a replacement screen. I would definitely use them again.

I took my 2013 Apple MacBook Pro into Infinite Loop expecting it to be too old to be worth mending - but it wasn't too old! It was returned to me with a new battery and a motherboard which was working fine. It has yet another new lease of life, for which I am very grateful to a very accomplished team! Thank you.

Highly recommend these guys. We received a personalised quote by video the same day as we sent in our enquiry, and they were more than happy to chat on the phone also. The price was reasonable and communication was frequent throughout the time our Mac was off for repair. Thanks!!

Firstly , a human touch , no chat bots or automated quizzing.
A helpful human gets straight to the nub of what you need , which is good , because all I knew was that summat was up .
Collection , assessment, quote, fix, return .
Hackneyed I know , but what’s not to like?
