The Infinite Loop Anmeldelser

I had a problem with my apple desktop computer I contacted Infinite Loop who identified what was causing the problem and they fixed it within days
The staff are exceptionally talented and knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service and support I would recommend them to all

I had a fantastic experience with InfiniteLoop. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They diagnosed and fixed my MacBook quickly, keeping me informed throughout the process and making everything completely stress-free.

What really stood out was their excellent customer service and attention to detail. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before returning my laptop. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers.

My vintage Macbook Pro was on its last legs. It's hardly been switched off for 10+ years, and is my DAW workhorse. The fan was On more than Off (huge problem in a studio), the trackpad was like wading through treacle, the bottom of the case was bulging, all due to battery swelling, and it must have been full of dust too. Infinite Loop returned it o me in a (very) few days, looking and running like new,, for a fraction of the cost of the upgrade I thought I was facing. Flawless. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time I’ve engaged Infinite Loop and the 2nd time i’ve been so blown away by their services. They recovered the contents of my iphone which died suddenly and gave me terrible anxiety and this time they repaired my Mac Air laptop which I’d almost written off. They know their stuff, turnaround is fast, they communicate regularly with you to provide updates and are total professionals. Don’t go anywhere else- these guys are the business!

We are cooperating with InfniteLoop for more than 2 years now. Couldn't be happier.

Great communication throughout the process. Mac upgraded and serviced for a reasonable price and with no hard sell. Would be happy to use infinite loop again

Quality repairer! I took my MacBook Air and Apple Watch both for screen repairs, both great jobs. Would use again over Apple 😊

Infinite Loop was recommend to me by a long time friend and advisor. I was so delighted to learn that there is now someone in Birmingham who fixes old Macs.
They are easy to find: parking is good and not too expensive.
Reception is friendly and prompt, and all my questions were answered straight away.
My 2008 MacBook Pro was seriously crocked, so I expected to have to wait a long time for it to be fixed, and that it would be very expensive. I am delighted to be able to say that I was wrong on both counts!
I now have it back, and it is working perfectly.

Amazing service , I’m very glad that I discovered this repairing shop in JQ at advantageous price. I would definitely recommend it .

The Infinite Loop was prompt with the diagnosis, repair and service.
Very happy customer. Thank you.

Had my screen fixed in less time than I expected and works just fine, they did a great service and got good customer service

Love the not so new studio, my first visit in the new location at Hylton Street was successful, great service and lovely team. Highly recommend infinite loop for all your apple needs.

Great communication once they opened on the business day and collected in time.

Excellent service and really happy with the results. Last minute decision to get the work done, during a bank holiday with 2 days before I went on annual leave.

I paid for a repair to my partners old iPod classic. Infinite loop replaced the battery and software and it is now working perfectly. Infinite loop gave me a quote for the works needed, and kept me informed of the progress once I had confirmed for them to undertake the work. I have been very happy with the service that I have received from this company and would highly recommend them to others.

I have been using The infinite loop since 2024 for all my Apple tech repairs and diagnostic…the team is exceptionally brilliant and their communication is top notch. I honestly have peace of mind knowing my Apple products would be fixed and fully functioning like brand new.

Good experience overall. I highly recommend The Infinite Loop for hardware diagnostics and repair – they beat Apple not only on cost but also for their personalised service.

Very professional and courteous company. Really liked their prompt feedback. Fixed my laptop and iPad.

I went to The Infinite Loop because I needed my iPhone screen changed and I wanted it to be done with genuine parts.
They were very helpful the job was done brilliantly.

I couldn't believe my luck, when I found Infiniteloop. I read reviews, watched YouTube posts, before going to them and I wasn't disappointed. Not only did they change the battery in my mid 2015 MacBook Pro, but they serviced it to run like new. They completed the job in a couple of hours, for a much more reasonable price and in a period of time that Apple couldn't match. Will and Jake are very helpful and completely steeped in everything Mac. I would not hesitate to recommend their repair services and when the time comes for me to acquire a new or refurbished machine, Infiniteloop will be my first choice. Thanks Guys!

I highly recommend infinite loop for mac repairs. The staff were really helpful and also friendly. My mac wasn’t switching on or working at all and they fixed it completely
