Excellent customer service - I brought my iPad in to sell and after offering me a lower price than I had seen elsewhere, I explained this to them and they matched the price! Then took my details and was told I would receive a call once it had passed the checks, 15 mins later and they are calling me with the good news and received the money in my bank within the hour. My family has always used these guys and will definitely be using again in the future 👍

I took my sons Switch Console to Ilab as the sd card reader was not reading the sd card. I had tried fixing it myself to no avail and I thought I had made matters worse! My son wasn't happy with me, so i had to try and get it fixed! I wasn't sure if Ilab could help but I went in anyway and I'm so glad I did. A technician called Arlo greeted me, i explained the issue and straight away he reassured me that it was fixable and he was right! Arlo's customer service is outstanding, he is a friendly, honest guy, explains everything to you and repairs items in what seems like no time at all. I was very impressed with the service I received from Arlo. I will not hesitate to go back to ilab for future repairs. I highly recommend Arlo at Ilab. Thank you 😊

I recently took my iPad in for a repair to the lightning port which had broken loose and no longer charged the iPad.

The staff were really helpful and John repaired the iPad and also replaced the battery at my request.

Very impressed with the customer service in ilab. The whole experience was very easy, from booking it in and explaining the fault, to collecting it having been repaired.

The price was very good.

I would definitely return to the ilab if I needed their services again and I will confidently recommend them to friends and family.

Took my phone to I lab as I couldn’t hear anything and it was fixed within a minute. Absolutely first class service never go anywhere else. Brilliant!!!!

I took my phone in for a repair, I was given a costing subject to finding any other issue due to water damage, fair enough!
The repair was carried out within the time slot given, on collection of my phone they went through the phone with me before I left the shop to ensure I was happy with how it was working and answer any questions I had.
I was very pleased with the service and would recommend using the iLab

Went in expecting an expensive fix for my iPhone XR. They investigated and fixed it for free! I was expecting to have to pay out for a new charging port and labour. I will definitely be coming here for future screen replacements (it’s never long before I drop my phone). They also have some good deals on refurbished newer phones when I am ready. Thankyou so much.

My phone wasn't charging properly,nothing serious but thought I would call in to see if the guys could help.They were very welcoming,took a couple minutes with my phone and now,it's working perfectly again.I would recommend anyone who is looking to get a phone fixed to pop in and ask as they were very happy to help,even with such a small issue.They also had a brilliant stock of 2nd hand devices(with warranty) if that was something you were interested in

Connor was absolutely fantastic helping me set up extra storage after a screen was replaced. He was so patient and explained everything to a complete non-techy so that I feel confident about using everything in the future.

By clicking on a link that I thought came from Microsoft my email account was hacked.
Struggling to fix the problem a friend reccomended I bring my IPad into the Ilab Barnstaple.

Popped in and saw John who kindly managed to unfreeze my phone. He was extremely polite, explained exactly what had happened & how to resolve in the future if it happens again.

Friendly Professional prompt and very reasonably priced

The customer service was absolutely awesome.

Came into store with a very damaged iPhone 14pro, I was unsure if it would be repairable, the super knowledgeable and friendly staff were able to get my phone looking like new again, decent prices and very quick turnaround, highly recommend for anyone in need of a tech repair/ guidance or a new phone!
