Awful experience. I'm really amazed at the feedback that is on here.

The prints I received were of the poorest quality I have ever seen - highly pixelated and looked like they had been printed on a laserjet at work.
The communication process became painful - the associate who was supposed to be helping me just stopped all contact and I later found out they had gone on holiday and not handed my query over to anyone.
Eventually I opened a PayPal case and THO have refused to co-operate at any stage meaning it has now been over a month since I initially contacted them and sent the prints back. I still have not had my money back.

I feel that they have gone out of their way to make my refund as difficult as possible because I questioned their quality and bruised their ego.

Not very nice behaviour and I of course would never ever buy from them again

The best (and swiftest) customer service I have ever received! Louise was very kind and helpful in resolving a small issue I had. The prints are absolutely beautiful and I will definitely be shopping with this excellent small family-run business again with its exceptional service and quality products. One very happy customer.

After mistakenly ordering 2 prints at the wrong size, Louise helped advised me how I could make an exchange. Nothing was a problem and she was polite and friendly. Even more so, when she applied the discount code I'd used on my original order (that had since expired) so I could swap for the correct size and still receive a discount...all without having to ask! That is a prime example of fantastic customer service. Not enough companies these days are so forthcoming and understanding and it was so refreshing to experience such amazing customer service and find a business that go above and beyond and really value their customer. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The prints are lovely and exactly what I had been looking for. All in all such a joy to shop with The House Outfit.

I ordered 5 x Prints and frames, sent quickly, and I found I'd made a few errors, but the team (louse) made it simple to return, and re-order without hassle. Super friendly and top customer service. The product themselves are first rate! Look fantastic.. will recommend and shop again.

I ordered a set of 3 prints when they arrived the Perspex was scratched , a quick email was responded to by Louise and replacement Perspex sent out straight away . The prints are lovely very very good quality and look so nice. Well done The House Outfit on your fantastic customer service would reccomend you.

High quality prints and frames with excellent customer service. I received my prints and frames and immediately ordered another one.
Tracking wasn't working due to the Royal Mail and customer service quickly answered any queries I had regarding delivery - even though it was out of their control. Would recommend.

Print arrived perfectly packaged. Love it. Had it framed and looks very contemporary. Half the price you would pay if you bought this type of framed abstract in stores. The selection available to choose from is vast. Spoilt for choice

Can't praise this company enough.. First order I made unfortunately was wrong I ordered the wrong size so I emailed to advise a return I had a response very quickly. So I ordered the correct size and they arrived the following day. The little thank you note as well is a nice touch. Thank you very much for the frames and great service 👍😊

Ordered A2 frames online but discount available wasn’t applied. I emailed and the response was very quick, discount applied and refunded plus excellent customer service. I would recommend!

I bought an aluminium A2 frame from The House Outfit as I was struggling to find one elsewhere. The ordering process was easy and I was even able to secure a small discount for my first time purchase. It arrived quickly and is of good quality- nice and sturdy, unlike lots of the flimsy ones I’ve seen in the shops that weren’t the right size for the print I wanted to frame up anyway. When I framed up my print, I noticed a scratch in the perspex, so made contact with customer services via their online enquiry form. This was on Sunday evening. I received a courteous response on the Monday morning apologising for the issue, explaining that a replacement piece of perspex was being sent out for me using a 24hr service and offering a 15% discount for my next order. By the end of the day, I’d had notification that ParcelForce had collected the replacement and that it would be delivered today (Tuesday).
It’s rare to find such amazing customer service and I genuinely believe that lots of larger companies could learn a thing or two from smaller companies like this. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use The House Outfit again in the future.

The real test of a company is if there is a problem. I had a small problem because the discount code they gave me after (a very happy) purchase didn't work on the check out cart. They replied very quickly, thought they had mended it, they hadn't but instantly sorted so I could pay another way and get my generous discount. And as a bonus the frames I bought were well made, a good price, well packed and were delivered promptly. What's not to love?

The prints are beautiful, have had so many comments on our new art work already. I stupidly ordered the wrong size and the team at The House Outfit were excellent when Royal Mail let me down whilst trying to exchange the item. Excellent customer service, so personal and highlights why it’s nice to buy from a small business - they really care and it shows in both service and product.
