48 hrs trying to get answer from the out of hour number that they transfer you to , no answer and unable to leave any messages, due to offices being closed for the xmas period !

Unlike at lot of companies that subcontract plumbing work to local companies these guys can be trusted to pay you promptly

The engineer arrived at the time stated and when he had finished he explained what he had done and what needed to be done when ha had notified Heating Plan. He was friendly and polite. We were pleased with the service.
