We're sorry to read this, Kevin. It's also the first we've heard of it: there's been no email or call to us about the order, so we haven't yet had the chance to put it right. Please drop us an email with your order number and what arrived instead, and we'll investigate straight away and, of course, rectify it immediately.

We’re really sorry to read this, Martin, particularly as you’ve experienced it more than once. Please contact us with the relevant order numbers and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging so we can properly investigate both the packaging used and how the parcels have been handled in transit. If any products themselves have arrived damaged, we will of course put this right for you.

Excellent product range and what I was looking for was very competitivel priced. Delivery charges are reasonable and dispatch was prompt.
I know we should support our high street chemists but, like buying from Amazon, at the end of the day, it's the pounds (yes, pounds) left in the pocket that count.
