Item arrived safely
Item arrived safely.
- However, I purchased the 2x of the same non-prescription items before 9am and expected them to be shipped the same day, not the day after.
- Secondly, the tubs of cream had been laid sideways instead of upright in a box big enough for them to be packed upright. There was significant leakage of the oils from the tub, but not enough to have to return. Just very messy.
Would use service again.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, and I'm sorry the order did not arrive quite as expected. We do always try our best to dispatch orders placed early in the day on the same day, but unfortunately this is not always possible. More importantly, I'm sorry about how the creams were packed. They should have been positioned more carefully to avoid any leakage during transit. We really appreciate you pointing this out and will make sure the packing team are reminded so this does not happen again. Thank you as well for saying you would still use us again.
Easy purchase

Thanks, Mohsin. We can see this order was placed as a click and collect from our North Harrow store rather than a delivery, so it wouldn't have been dispatched to you — we've been in touch to let you know it's ready and waiting in store. Please do give us a call or drop us an email if there's anything we can help with.
