We had issues trying to set up an account to register the test, not sure if it was us or them but they kindly sorted it all for us and we received our certificate within 24 hrs.

I completely understand your confusion here. We have a promotion at the moment which means that you get a free month of meal planning with any test you buy from us, then after the free month if you do not cancel this the subscription continues.
We made this very clear at the point of checkout and you had the option to remove this from your basket before going to checkout. I am sorry if you did not see this, this should be apparent in your email confirmation also.
I do understand you might have missed this and therefore understand where you are coming from. I can assure you the subscription has been cancelled and no more money will be taken.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The authentication code didn’t work - had to call, email and do online chat to get anywhere. Results are not as quick as they say it will be.

When booking online I followed the links for a day2 ltf test as I was travelling back from Spain. However I received a normal ltf test which had no booking reference for the UK locater form.

I am sorry that you purchased the wrong test with us, we do not currently sell day 2 antigen tests, only pre departure antigens and normal lateral flow tests. We make it very clear on our website that the lateral flow test is not the day 2 test. It is called a "lateral flow antigen self-test." With the identification of the Omicron variant people are being encouraged to take extra precautions, to help to protect themselves and others. As of the 15th December, it may be mandatory for those attending sports events to provide an NHS Covid pass or proof of a negative lateral flow test to gain entry. Therefor we sell these for people to test themselves and stay safe.
We state clearly that the test delivers results within 15 minutes and is
suitable for testing large groups of people, regular testing of employees, education, healthcare, sports events, commercial, retail, travel and care industries.

I was directed to and registered on the wrong website from your test package instructions. An excess of personal information was requested without explanation. This information is already held by the Travel Visa Company and NHS .

I found submitting the required details via my laptop very difficult and had particular difficulty in the photographic areas. However, following a couple of phone calls and email exchanges with an extremely helpful and patient customer relations operator at Health Club called MADALINA, I was guided through a manual alternative which worked successfully and produced rapid results. So five stars for Madalina, but think the tech reporting aspects could be improved for those of us with limited IT skills !
