Completely unhelpful. Blood test was fiddly and I have been waiting over 5 weeks since 28 August for my results. No one answers their helpline.

Just to add, HealthHub has received my blood sample and it is recorded in their tracker.

Last September 20, 2022 I had to go under D&C procedure at the health hub clinic in DFC. My OB is Dr. Marjan Movassaghi who is very nice, thoughtful and caring. The moment when I first met her I never doubt that she is the one who can help me to go through with my situation not to mention that she is already the third OB that I had during the process of knowing my situation.. I had couple of check-ups with her and she always make sure that everything will be fine, she calls and check up on me while waiting for the appointment of my procedure. She knows that I am really scared to undergo the procedure so she make sure that she have the best team on that day.. Dr. Gada and Dr. Elaheh (anaesthesiologist) was there to keep me calm and make sure that everything will be smooth during the procedure. And there's also nurse Ina Natalia Cruz who's always there to support me during my check up with Dr. Marjan, she was there to guide me and always follow up all my appointments and lab results. Thank you all for your wonderful service, thoughtful concern and providing me with excellent medical care. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives..

I call the HealthHub support line as I had not received the results of my Covid Fit-to-Fly test, while waiting over 24 hours.
Cornelia was super helpful and efficient to track my results and send my certificate. She also followed up with a call, which is much appreciated.

tests arrived quickly and simple to complete, was difficult to get hold of anyone via chat or phone to follow up on the results & fit to fly certificate, but once i did get through everything was resolved and certificate was fine for travel

A messy experience! We used Health Hub for Covid tests to go to Spain, that was a long awaited treat which turned in a disaster. The covid test result wasn't coming back very quickly so we contacted them. After a number of phone calls and chasing we finally got the result which was positive for my daughter however the date didn't match the sample (date was before we sent it!). In the meantime my daughter was negative on the lateral flow but by this time it was too late to do another test and we had to cancel the holiday. When we complained the response was very poor, they just reimburse the test and stick to their T&C's. Appaling.

There is confusion at Health Hub and very little information is supplied - some of it such as telephone numbers is incorrect.

Very happy with Health Hub, always on time and always managed the situation well when the tests were delayed on Royal Mail’s end. Will highly recommend!

I'm quite satisfied with HealthHub services as far as PCR tests (day2) are concerned. It's just a pity that Antigenic Rapid tests for day2 were out of stock for quite a long time (just at the time when Antigenic Rapid tests became the rule for day2)

The service was and still is amazing, I have no complaints. I'd and I did recommend to friends/family.

I was recommended to health hub by one of my close friend as I have had some flare ups to certain foods that I couldn’t put my finger on.
I purchased the food allergy and intolerance test.
The test was delivered to me the day after I purchased which in my eyes is already a 5 start service.
I completed the test and sent it back using the label the company provided me with and I was astounded to have results back within 3 days of my sample being received at the lab.

I purchased my DNA test over five weeks ago, I have just received my results and they are BRILLIANT! I was worried my sample had gone missing however customer service reassured me that the sample was safe, and being tested. This whole process from start to finish has been so refreshing, thank you to the health hub for assisting me! I found you on the UK.gov site looking for COVID test for my travel to and from the UK, my experiences so far have been outstanding, especially, from Laura, Cornelia and I believe Vanessa.

Easy to use service with a quick turn around. When my birthday was incorrectly displayed on the Fit to Fly certificate both Laura (via email) & Jodie (web chat) sorted it out promptly issuing a new certificate within minutes.

You sorted out our PCR test very efficiently and for a good price too. However, I am on top of my nutrition and diet so I don't need the meal planning service and other services offered. Thanks anyway to Cornelia
