My parcel got lost with royal mail after 5 days of ordering it, I emailed the company and Henry got back to me within 10 minutes, re sent my parcel for me for next day delivery, told me to keep my previous order if it ends up showing up and also added in some freebies. I would like to compliment one of the employee of TGC, Mr Henry.

Due to my oversight, i did not indicate my full address when I purchased my 1st order in Feb'23. Resulted, the order was returned. When I wrote in a few emails for help and advice. Mr Henry help to follow up and kept assured that my order will ship to me once the order returned to TGC.

In May'23, I made another purchased and forwarded an email to Mr Henry to follow up on my 1st order and had also requested him to help to ship both orders to me.

Today, I received an email from Mr Henry that both orders will ship to me.

I am incredibly pleased with his attitude and the quality of customer service he provided to me.

Nowadays it is very to find a good employee and I believed he is a valuable member for TGC customer service team.

My very first experience with TGC. I purchase the 150ml size of REJUVENATING FACE WASH & SCRUB by 'THE REAL SHAVING COMPANY' as I found it difficult to find that size elsewhere. 'The Grooming Clinic' delivered it in a lovely small box with a wonderful smell when opened. The product was very well packed with a 'thank you' letter and some vouchers. It was one of the BEST delivery experiences I've had in a long time. I certainly will not hesitate to buy other products from this online company again! So, 10/10 and 5 stars!!!
