I took out this policy an changed my mind within a couple of hours got told the insurer wouldn't charge me, but they take a £50.00 setting up fee for a policy I set up on line

While we understand that fees can be frustrating, the setup fee only covers part of the administrative costs involved in setting up a policy, particularly those that come through price comparison websites.
There is also a cancellation fee, which we did waive. We’re transparent about these charges during the quote process and on our website, so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
We hope this helps clarify things, but if you have any further questions, our team is always happy to help.

Despite some misunderstanding related with NCB it was sorted out for the several minutes. Anyway so far, so good

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The worst company DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM ..accepted driver and main driver ..then found "issues" and charged 140 pounds for being on cover 4 days ..AVOID

As an insurance broker, we arrange cover on your behalf with an insurance company. On this occasion, the insurer cancelled the policy, and your complaint is being handled by their dedicated complaints team in line with their procedures. When taking out an insurance policy, it is always really important to make sure you have answered all questions accurately. Insurers do check some of the answers, so if you do fail to disclose something, then there is a good chance that you will end up with an increased premium or your policy being cancelled.
