The Good Prep Anmeldelser

Fantastic product and service - highly recommend!

excellent customer service, beautifully packaged food.

The food from The Good Prep is delicious! I have tried it myself and also used the service for health concierge clients who are also delighted with the food from a taste, freshness, and variety standpoint. The options are great for being able to tailor meal plans for specific dietary requirements and nutrient needs. Though The Good Prep have only a small team, customer service has been outstanding throughout my communication with them. They are always happy to answer any questions and have done their best to meet specific requests and requirements where they can. Thanks Suz and the Good Prep Team!

Amazing customer service - Suz was brilliantly helpful!! All the food/drinks were delicious and super easy to heat up. Would recommend!

I can’t rate this company highly enough ...

The website is very user friendly, the customer service is Excellent & the food is absolutely delicious !

If you are considering a healthy food delivery option you cant get better than this.

There are only 2 requests I would make :

1 - Please go and teach the rest of the UK what 5 star service is all about.

2 - Please consider delivering to France, you can certainly teach the French a thing or two about delicious healthy food !

I've used The Good Prep for my professional football players and have been nothing but impressed by this company. The food has been top tier- both quality and quantity from a macro/nutrient perspective especially. All the players have given me great feedback and love how convenient it is and even wanted to order extra for their families as well. The employees have also been so helpful and communication has been exceptional.

I can’t live without my good prep! I started this as part of a fitness and food combo but the food is truly delicious! I’d eat it even if I wasn’t counting calories!

I’ve also stuffed up my order twice and they reply almost instantly. Best in the UK!

The best food and the right food for me when I’m working out!! Much love to The Good Prep doing great things!!

Manny Norté the name you can trust!

As a busy PT I was struggling with getting my food in and TheGoodPrep was recommended by one of my clients..
I have tried different prep companies in the past and genuinely TheGoodPrep is levels above anything I’ve had before.
I would have no problem recommending them to all my clients!
Fast delivery and amazing quality which tastes delicious!!

Brilliant food (great options for all macros), amazing customer service (Yasemine 👌🏽) I look forward to more meals being introduced

This is a genuine review. I have been a customer since October 2022 and the communication, service, delivery and (most importantly!) the food, have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, the response time is fast and they will go out of their way to help you. Suz in particular is so kind and so helpul. The food is delivered bang on time with helpful email and text alert updates and arrives fresh and has been kept cold. The food is made with fresh, good quality ingredients, full of taste and flavour no corners cut. This company has helped me regain control of my health. Thankyou.

SO SO GOOD! The meals are incredible and they’ve got my partner onto tofu! A miracle.

Love the new eco packaging!! Been using Good Prep for quite a while now as trust it to be freshly cooked ingredients and quality meat and fish. Love how there are new meals added every few week too - thanks Good Prep!

I had the pleasure to test the good prep and wanted to give this a 5-star plus rating. The food looked good and tasted good, healthy and nutritious also very filling. I will be putting in my order. Thank you

What an enjoyable experience. I decided to try the chilli beef. So easy to prep and so delicious. Full of flavour and goodness. This has taken my eating in to a whole new level. Highly recommended and fabulous choice.

Been a happy client for a while now as I embarked on a strict calorie/macro-counting regime, but I already know I’ll continue with The Good Prep after my current cut. The meals are healthy and delicious, and totally hassle free (literally 4’ in the microwave, done). But equally important, the customer support team are very friendly, helpful and super responsive. They helped me accommodate my specific requirements according to my strict plan and always offer more support. Highly recommended.

Sustainably packed, high quality ingredients, meal delivery, where I can choose what I get every time. Orders to Scotland arrive on time, without any issues.

I have tried several services like this. It's is one of two best ones. While for now I have switched to an alternative, if I'll be looking for some change, I will definitely go back to The Good Prep.

Also, shoutout to Sarah, a very friendly and helpful customer rep!

Sarah was brilliant to work with - very attentive, quick response times and TGP really went above and beyond for our team during their competition. The best reviews about food quality, flavour etc. are usually no reviews from the athletes we support (meaning they are happy!), but even better this time the feedback was apparent and positive.

It can be challenging to find quick, convenient options that are flavoursome but also support the recovery needs of competing athletes. We're looking forward to utilising TGP in future to fuel our performance needs!

First class restaurant quality food and delivery service! I have been using Good Prep meals to support my fitness regime with Ultimate Performance and the are in the same level - ie super league - of product. Wide variety of foods, macros and styles of dishes. Great value too.
