First class service,
Very straight talking people.actually do what they tell you,Highly recommended

I had seen a rental property I liked with the good estate agent. I was then accepted to go ahead with the property. I was rushed into handing my notice in to my current landlord and was assured everything would be fine. I had disclosed all information and my monthly income. I was told everything looked good and I even had a guarantor who earned 30x the rent. I never at any point kept anything from them.
I then got told my credit score is low but there was nothing concerning on it.
The next day I was told credit score is low and we don’t know what you could be hiding?? I was then declined the property and having a guarantor was not enough.
I had to retract my notice to my current landlord, who has now increased my rent another £100.
I will never hand my notice in again until all checks are done. Shame on you the good estate agent for rushing me and telling me everything will be fine and then declining me.

By the way my name is not Rebecca it’s Rachael and I understand the need to reference all tenants, but what is not standard is telling unchecked potential tenants to hand their notice in before any checks are done!

In response to their reply, I am fully in agreement with the good estate agent that all potential tenants are referenced no matter what their circumstances. I think that is great, but what they fail to point out is they made me hand my notice into my current landlord and told me everything would be fine, even before the checks were carried out. I have now had to retract my notice and consequently my rent has now been increased another £100 because of this. I will never use the good estate agent again.

I have just brought a house through Chris Deller Estate Agent. Right from the start Chris and his staff have been very polite and helpful. I had no help from my agent William H Brown they was usless. But Chris Deller Estate was always there to help me and give good advice they were brilliant and i would recommend them for buying selling and letting all properties they were great really great

I chose this estate agent as I had previously used Urban & Rural, Marsh Road, Luton 11 years ago to buy my first house.

Just had a very good experience buying a flat through the FL Stoke Newington branch. We lucked out having a very friendly and efficient sales consultant called Yuge who talked us through each stage was always contactable and returned emails and phone calls very quickly!

We chose this estate agent as it was our local agent and our house sold in days. Richard and Louise were always helpful, finding out what was happening when our sale seemed to be faltering and they were key in communication between the legal teams. Louise was active in getting everything back on track when the process had stalled. Thanks Louise and Richard.

I was using The Good Estate Agent company represented by Mark Garner in Walsall area. The Agent is very professional and helpful. I was always updated with information between me and my house buyer regarding conveyancing process from the beginning to the end. Very fast in decision making and responded quickly. He knows the market and from the very beginning build up trust. I sold my house within a weekend. I had 5 viewers and offer of my house for sale was online from Friday. Over the weekend I had 4 offers to choose from. Highly recommend. 3 of them were above asking price so had more money towards deposit for new one.

Brilliant company - I wish I had known about The Good Estate Agent before we listed our property. Unfortunately, we had listed our property with a different company who were as useful as a chocolate teapot but thankfully the couple we were purchasing from had listed their property with The Good Estate Agent.

Mark Garner was brilliant. He kept us in the loop from day 1. He updated us every step of the way with the purchase of our new home but then at the the same time he was also helping advise with the sale of our own house which was a massive help as we were left in the dark with the company we had listed with.
He maintained regular contact and advised on what we needed to do to help push the sale of our house. He was extremely knowledgeable and was on hand to answer any questions or queries we had regarding the sale and purchase of our home.

Michelle Ferbrache has been absolutely outstanding. I recently listed a rental property for sale and when my circumstances changed and that resulted in re-letting the property Michelle went over and above her duties.
