Absolutely fantastic service whilst renting a property for 6 months in Hythe. Really flexible and responded to our needs immediately to fix any issues. Friendly and accommodating, including all of the support staff (Brad & Lucy) in the office and the estate agent (Michelle) when arranging viewings. Mark was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Not thing was every too much trouble and he was always available. During our first viewing he was chatty, professional and gave us all the time we needed. He even arranged with the owners for us to stay longer so that another family member could join us. I especially liked that he was in no way pushy and did not try to "sell" us the house. Once we had decided to offer, he handled the negotiation professionally and gave us immediate updates.
He even phoned us at around 8pm to let us know that our offer had been accepted!
Mark was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. He was helpful in arranging our completion date with the other members of our chain. It was great to deal with a genuine person who lives locally and was always available. Would happily recommend Mark.

The Good Estate Agent have managed and rented my property for about 20 years. Most of this time I have been very happy with the service provided. However, a couple of years ago it became clear that the quality of the service provided by The Good Estate Agent had deteriorated considerably. I was on the brink of changing to another property management company. Thankfully however, there were changes made in the team managing my property. The recent service provided by the new team has been much better. I have therefore remained with The Good Estate Agent.

Michelle Ferbrache is a smart, savvy estate agent.She brings knowledge of the market and negotiating skills to the fore. Comparing my experience of working with large Estate Agencies in the north, I have found Michelle more like an Adviser than an agent, in fact I could use that much-vaunted term, Trusted Adviser. She has a great network of colleagues to draw on, she is responsive, be it evening or weekend (you don't get that from a big agency) and has delivered everything she promised. I liked the fact that she took control of the day's viewings and the outcome of her negotiations was a substantial uplift on the asking price. Thank you!
