I had my eye on this pastel robe for a while I decided to go for it and pre ordered it after waiting 6-8 weeks I was not disappointed I still look at it and I am in love, i wear it every morning perfect for these colder mornings. I also made an order accidentally recently I emailed straight away and I got a reply straight away and the cancellation was made. Amazing customer service.

I brought a denim shirt from the gifted sisters and I absolutely love it. Amazing quality and amazing service. Definitely will be back to order more

Honestly, where do I even start? I ordered a dressing gown for £85 from this so-called “small business” after seeing it all over social media and assumed the quality would match the hype. I waited 6–7 weeks for it to arrive, only to receive something that looked and felt cheap — with seams coming apart, pulls in the fabric, and overall nowhere near worth the price.

I contacted the company and dealt with someone named Rebecca, who apologised and offered a refund — but to my surprise, I was told I had to pay for return shipping myself. Considering the item was faulty, I found this completely unacceptable. When I questioned it, Rebecca’s tone quickly turned short and rude, and her customer service went downhill from there.

I even asked for a replacement instead of a refund, only to be told I’d have to wait until October — another two months on top of the already ridiculous delay.

The whole experience has been extremely disappointing. It’s clear that if you’re not an influencer with a following, you won’t get the same level of care or attention. I wanted to support a small business, but instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and frustrated.

Save yourself the hassle — the quality and service are nowhere near worth the price or the wait.

Sent me a completely different jacket, had to pay my own shipping for their mistake was then a hassle to get the shipping cost back, told it was going to be re shipped in 3 days and then told the next again week. Terrible customer service very unprofessional responses and a hassle to try get refunded or updates

Ordered a dressing gown in August that said delivery would be September I still haven't received it going in to mid October, I got no updated only when I kept chasing and I just get told it’ll be shipped very soon, no actually info given. Asked to cancel my order as they can’t fulfil it but they are refusing so I have lost money. I wouldn’t use this site again very disappointing.

Great experience and customer service!

My mum ordered me a lovely suede jacket on the 30th of August 2025, this was for my 20th Birthday. The jacket has only been shipped today 17 days later while on their website it states 3-5 working days. My mum has been CHASING a company to ship an item within a reasonable time frame, do not buy from this company!!!!

Absolutely terrible service . Brought a jacket which stated multiple pockets and that the colour was brown . When the jacket came it was tan and had absolutely no pockets. I contacted them directly and told them they said only exchange I said your selling me a jacket that does not fit the description and nothing . I am now seeking action to get my refund a company that does not give good customer service and selling clothes with false advertising. Please do not buy from this company. Absolutely diabolical and shameful

Poor, poor customer service, don’t respond. Cheaply made items charged at boutique prices! I don’t know how they make any money to be honest. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
