Really try to help you, hoping everything works out well and will be using them again

Every time I see flights and they are checked baggage included I ring these scammers who tell me oh those flights are gone and oh that’s not including checked in baggage but I tried to say to the very rude people why are you constantly advertising flights and baggage included yet when I phone you keep telling something different.

I’m fed up with scammers so don’t bother using these people. I would like to call the ASA and report this business for misleading and false advertising.
I phoned 3 times over a 3 day period as I had seen flights for a certain price and I am a regular flyer. What really annoyed me is that every time I phoned they told me all those flights are sold out yet they still had them advertised and i was told that the flights were like 2-300£ more and also no checked luggage yet it clearly stated checked luggage included. So on the last phone call i told the guy im fed up with them inflating the price tricking people to phone and up selling etc

Leo Williams answered all my questions. Called back at the allotted time. Helped ne get the best price
