What a lovely holiday home for the week a hidden gem. Exceptionally clean and lots of room to move around with both wheelchairs. They have everything you can think of and all modern. Thankyou for the lovely fudge and the little things to start our stay (milk, tea sugar coffee and cleaning items).
The views are amazing over the estuary. Elaine is very welcoming and helpful.
Looking forward to staying again very soon.

Just a stunning location for a visit to the Fylde Coast.

From the minute we drove up we knew we'd picked the right place. Quiet, serene and stunning.

Inside was cleanliness personified and the views to the estuary were perfect. For a family of 4 this is a perfect place to spend a few weeks exploring the area.

Next time we are back in England, we will sure to book this place first.

If Elaine is new to hosting families, then you've hit a home run.

Accommodation companies often say they are fully accessible for the disabled and have a lowered bath…no use whatsoever! Estuary Riverside Chalets have everything that you would need for a home from home. 2 wet rooms, hoist, profiling bed, rise and recline chair and more. It is a luxury house and I’m looking forward to coming back in August! SEwen

Recently stayed in this chalet and I can honestly say this is one of the best examples of accessible accommodation I've ever seen!! A short drive to Blackpool and lots of other great places to visit, everything has been designed to make it a great place to stay for both those with or without a disability. Spacious and stylish, the chalet has all modern amenities, was exceptionally clean plus has a gorgeous view of Rive Wyre. The owner is lovely and happy to help with anything you need during your stay. They even have a range of equipment such as profiling beds, mobility hoists and bathing chairs available for use on request. Will definitely use again in future!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Elaine was a great host, providing prompt feedback and useful information throughout our stay.
The house was delightful - clean, fresh and comfortable with beautiful views. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to future stays.

Absolutely stunning Chalet, very big and spacious. Really modern with everything you could need for a break away. Was spotless. Location nice, very peaceful but only a 20 minute drive from blackpool and fleetwood.
Owner very helpful and supplied us with extra things to help with my mum. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect, the whole place was very well equipped, and Elaine and her husband were perfect hosts. We can’t wait to return before the end of the year.

One of first sites we’ve been to and think it’s absolutely amazing very nice and peaceful and think it’s great for beginners such as ourselves. Gave us lots of recommendations where to go and was there whenever we needed. The only thing that could of been better is if there was more on site things to do but we understand they’ve only just recently opened so hopefully come back at a later date to see how far they’ve come! Spectacular views all round and lovely service.

We have just spent a week in the BlackBerry chalet what an amazing place absolutely 5star we have never stopped in anywhere as Amazing . Totally contemporary yet fully accessible for any disabled person equipment provided if needed just ask . Clean fresh & Beautiful the views from the huge modern decking even in a morning when you open the motorised blinds by calling Alexa are amazing seeing local wildlife . Very Spacious and airy with modern gadgets and furnished to an exceptional high standard my 19 year old loved it .We have stopped in many adapted accommodation properties over the 32 years with our disabled daughter who has additional needs but this comes out top . I would recommend this Chalet to any family who has disabled relatives or even to anybody who wants an Amazing break . Local
pub the Shovels is welcoming and serves fantastic food and drink and our dog Benji loved it . I will be passing the information over to my local Charity who are always looking for recommendations for familys who want disabled holiday accommodation . Excellent place to stay.
Everything is perfect.

An excellent modern facility which comfortably accommodates people with additional needs especially when there is more than one wheelchair user in the party.The host Elaine is very personable and keen to develop what is already a great facility. The setting is serene and having access to amenities in a nearby facility bolsters the charm and convenience. We will definitely be returning. In an ideal world we would keep it a secret so we can access it when we want but it would be unjust to keep such a good facility a secret.

Absolutely perfect! Just brought three young adults with additional needs home and none of them wanted to leave. What a beautiful place to stay with everything you need provided ie hoist , shower chairs . Not many places can accommodate three wheelchair users and three adults and still feel like there's loads of space. Every mod con you could want. Absolutely stunning views of the fields and estuary, such a beautiful peaceful location yet only a short drive from so many places. Can't wait to return

I recently stayed in bramble and what a gorgeous place really stunning! Very modern furnishings, great facilities and Elaine the owner couldn’t do more for us to ensure we had everything we need. Already looking to go back! The chalets are so spacious and are perfect for chilling out in however the location also means there is so much to explore as well.

Wonderful extended stay at the blackberry chalet. 10 days in a spotless, accessible, spacious chalet with all mod cons and lots of thoughtful extras. The views of the river Wyre were beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. Elaine and Tony are great hosts and all our contact was friendly and efficient. The chalets are finished to a very good modern standard, comfortable beds, loads of storage, well equipped and offer a real home from home in a tranquil location but with easy access to all the Fylde towns and villages. We loved our stay and still found time to relax as a family whilst visiting extended family and friends in Lancashire.

What a stunning property at the Estuary. We have never stayed in such a comfortable beautiful place. In the perfect location overlooking the river. Everything was perfect to checking in .. contact with Elaine the host 😀 👍 Elaine kindly fitted a gate as we where worried about the dogs escaping this gave us peace of mind and we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view.
The property itself is just stunning .... 2 wet rooms one fully accessible for my disabled mother a dorma bed that lowers and raises with cot sides. The beds are beyond comfortable no expense has been spared. A smart TV in every room. A stunning kitchen and even a beautiful box of chocolates when we arrived. Alexa was a great touch 👌 my autistic daughter loved to listen to her music. We will deffo come again. Expect a glorious stay in this beautiful home 🏡... cannot thank Elaine enough

We spent a long weekend at the Estuary Riverside. We were not disappointed. From the booking till we finished our stay it was seamless. The pictures do not do it justice and every luxury is presented from electric blinds to washer drier and luxurious 5 star hotel beds.
It was clean and spotless and provides a getaway in a remote yet central location to explore locally or elsewhere. We day tripped to Liverpool and to the Lake District. All within an hours drive.
Great hosts and a breath of fresh air from the normal stuffy outdated British accommodation.

Myself, my partner and my two children, 16 and 20 stayed in Bramble from 29th December 2021 to 3rd January 2022. The accommodation provided a much-needed break especially for my son (a wheelchair user) and myself (as his carer) from our as yet un-adapted bungalow.
Hopefully you arrive at these two chalets in daylight so you can appreciate the view of the Wyre Estuary. Then on entering the properties you will be struck by the feeling of space. All the bedrooms are generous, not (as you might expect) just the one with the accessible shower room.
You should have everything you need in the kitchen, hairdryers in the bedrooms, and very cosy quilts. (I have made a note of the make)
These properties only opened in mid-December 2021 so we were lucky to be one of the first to stay there and we've already booked a long weekend for bonfire night this year. I appreciate as the mother and carer of a disabled young man that everyone's disability impacts them differently and so their needs are different. When we arrived and settled in we did reposition his bed and some furniture to make things as easy as possible. And when we chatted to the owners about transfers in the bathroom they provided a frame for around the toilet. There was already a shower chair as we had requested. If you're looking through the details and you don't think these chalets will cater for a particular disability, mobility issue I would say drop the owners a message. They will certainly do their very best to accommodate your needs and the needs of others in your party.

We stayed here for a few days after Christmas to visit family.
We had a Fantastic stay in the Bramble Chalet with my Mum, teenage son and our 2 small dogs.
Smart tv’s in all the rooms were great for our teenager,
Floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of the estuary were fab and there was a lovely decked area that we hope to take advantage of in the summer.
There was a great open plan kitchen with everything we needed.
The underfloor heating was lovely though a bit different if you’re used to normal central heating, there wasn’t any in the bedrooms so you had to leave doors open to warm up the space before bed. I was also glad we took a blanket as it was a bit chilly on the leather sofa in the evenings.
The bathrooms were perfect with underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
They really have thought of everything with all the mod cons!
The only things I would recommend are if you’re taking a dog bring a towel for the mud outside and a blanket for the sofas as they are leather.
Great hosts, Fantastic Chalets, just take your wellies as the lanes can get quite muddy.
