Expert engineer and efficient…
Expert engineer and efficient administration from the office. We first used EBC about a decade ago when our previous British Gas maintenance contract failed to help us when our boiler broke down in mid-winter. EBC sorted the problem. Ever since, we have valued EBC’s consistent expertise.

Professional, polite and prompt…
When we needed a new boiler, TEBC offered a survey the next day and sent us a quote within minutes. It was a comprehensive quote addressing replacing a flue in a 2nd floor property, supplying a boiler with a 10 year warranty, flushing the system, a CO monitor, making good the boxing in of the flue and adding inspection hatches. They were able to do it 4 days later sending a comprehensive team who laid protective flooring everywhere before starting, completing the job and removing all the waste and tidying up within about 4 hours. They explained everything we needed to know and registered the boiler for its warranty. A very professional job done by an extremely polite and careful team. Thank you. Have already recommended you to about 50 additional property owners in our development.

Ross came in to replace a valve and the draining of the system.
Fortunately he found a way around the sticking valve using WD40 , which meant he was in and out in 10-15 minutes!!

1st class staff!
I panicked when the boiler broke, as my husband is ill. 3 local companies didn't even answer my phone calls. EBC came that same day and gave a good quote, and arranged to have it fitted 2 days later! Martin came on Saturday and is honestly the most impressive trades person I have ever encountered. His work is impeccable, he went above and beyond the norm, and was so pleasant, trustworthy and efficient. The office staff have also been very communicative and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone considering fitting a new boiler.

Quality service
Martin the engineer was very friendly and explained all aspects of our installation. He also offered good advice going forward which was much appreciated.
I did however have to prompt office for paperwork re care plan package selected.

Helpful and informative experts. We had several quotes and it was obvious these guys really understand what they are doing. After being told by other companies that we couldn’t get our current panels to run with new ones into a battery, Ed Boiler Co were able to easily. They gave us options and suggestions to find what would work for us. On the day they were prompt, polite and tidy. Would highly recommend!

EBC easily warrant their 5 star rating.
EBC have just completed a Cylinder and systems replacement for me. It was not a job without it's challenges and it was therefore very satisfying to see the expertise and commitment deployed to ensure a very satisfactory outcome. Special mention must go to Martin and Joey for maintaining good humour throughout the challenges of the job which necessitated extensive "out of hours" application to ensure completion. EBC easily warrant their 5 star rating.

Recurring plumbing problem
Our plumbing problem was attended to by one `Jimmy` and he certainly excelled in all he did to resolve our issue, even drawing a spontaneous diagram of how the system works. Very helpful, on time, tidy and very sociable but most of all he knows his stuff!

Perfect service with admin team, engineers and third party lender
It’s not every day you think you’re going to leave a 5 stars review to gas engineers! This team has got everything sorted with a great admin team, a partnership with a lender to offer payment plans at no cost, and a super efficient engineering team. You only realise how much you miss hot water once it’s gone! Very efficient team, communicative, on time, left the kitchen mess free and my new boiler works perfectly.

A company with high standards and a compassionate heart
Edinburgh boiler company fitted a new heating system for my 92yr old mum, they have understood the challenges that her disabilities present and worked with me to make the installation as straightforward as possible. In all my dealings with the company I have been met with an extremely kind and enabling response. Each step of the process was handled professionally and there has been clear, prompt communication. We are delighted with the system and with the aftercare we are receiving. When there was an unforseen hitch with the installation they moved heaven and earth to over come the challenges.
