My mother in law (Ruth ) had a completely new central heating system installed by the Edinburgh Boiler Company in one day. Boiler, radiators, complete new pipework the work's, they even took away the old warm air heating unit, and also installed a complete integrated alarm system.
Many thanks to all involved, excellent service from Kayleigh and Chelsea and the team led by Paul, all went above and beyond the call of duty.
Would definitely recommend this company in the future.

I had a 20 year old boiler which was no longer fit for purpose. I placed an online survey with Edinburgh Boiler Company, from survey to installation it took 5 days. The installation was done and dusted in about 7 hours.

I cannot fault Edinburgh Boiler Company at all, every single member of the team is amazing, from customer support beforehand to the aftercare team.

For anyone who needs a new boiler, I'd 100% recommend them. They have flexible finance options, not only that, they were cheaper than the main competitors.

What more could you want?

We had a scheduled job to move 2 radiators and install new ones, and while it was chaotic at the start due to some scheduling issues, Jimmy and Connor got the job done even in the face of unexpected issues with old apartments! They were very professional, explained what they were having to do, and checked all their work thoroughly before leaving.

Surveyor was helpful and informative and helped me choose the right combi boiler for my house.
Installers were great, professional, polite and cleaned up

Replaced our ~20 year old Potterton/BoilerMate with a Worcester Bosch 4000 system boiler and new hot water cylinder. The initial Edinburgh Boiler Company contact/survey/quote process was slick and professional, and they provided a very competitive quote for the boiler brand I wanted.
The installation engineers left a neat, tidy job and took care moving the large/heavy tanks in and out, no damage to the hall or staircase walls. Overall workmanship during the install was excellent.
We did have an unexpected electrical/commissioning issue (existing wiring) that left us without heating/hot water over a weekend, which was frustrating. However, once escalated the response was excellent. An experienced electrician attended promptly and got the system running on Monday, and the original installation heating engineer returned after 7pm that evening to commission the boiler and ensure the system was working well before leaving.
A further heating system leak occurred at 10:30pm that same night when an existing HEP T piece under one of the bedroom floors leaked (NOT their work). This was also dealt with quickly first thing the next morning, three engineers arrived at 08:15, located the leak, resolved it, and the system was running again by 09:00.
Overall, great workmanship and strong resolution after a bumpy patch. I’d recommend The Edinburgh Boiler Company for their professional service and experienced engineers.

After having a cold disruptive run up to the decision to get a new boiler and getting multiple estimates our choice to use The Edinburgh Boiler Company was reinforced by a recommendation from a friend. I prepared myself for a disruptive few days however it all happened quite seamlessly. They arrived when they said they would and sent an email when en route. The new boiler was in and working by the afternoon and they identified and renewed a valve that my previous maintenance company hadn’t even identified as faulty. I have also taken out their service plan and feel I can now relax knowing any problem in the future will be handled quickly and efficiently.

The Edinburgh Boiler Company team of Sean, Shane and Scott (plus electrician Tommy) did an excellent job of removing our old back boiler and fitting a new Combi boiler in a different room. All accomplished within two days (including removal of old hot water tank from the loft), working very efficiently, with minimum disruption. Tidied up as they went along and kept us informed of progress. All backed up by an office staff who were good communicators. The company makes very good use of modern communications technology.
Would definitely recommend this company.

A very professional company from my initial enquiry to completion of installation of our new boiler. Survey was carried out and a price given the same day . The price was more than competitive to other companies.
Work was scheduled and their engineer turned up on the said day and time . Work was completed within the day and a full demonstration given on new controls etc .
Could not fault this company , and have since taken out a maintenance package to ensure long term use and long lasting heating within our house .

Competitive price, great communications, fast delivery. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who completed the installation of a replacement boiler efficiently, cleanly and left the premises as they found it.

Well trained staff who clearly demonstrated the controls in an easy to understand manner.

I cannot recommend The Edinburgh Boiler Company enough! They reinstalled my entire heating system in 1 day and when I came home, the house was so tidy it was as if they had never been. The communication from the office staff and the professionalism from the heating engineers has been so impressive. Their reliability was a welcome change and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for heating repairs/upgrades/advice.

Martin came to fix my boiler he was here for over 4 hours didn’t leave until after 8pm credit to this company

I called up the Edinburgh boiler company along with another boiler company who was recommended. Both companies came out within a couple of days of calling, both around the same time. David from the Edinburgh boiler company was very thorough and explained what work would be carried out and what other work could be additional. He also explained what boiler was more beneficial for myself. The other company came into my house took a few photos and said yes we can do the job and never went into any detail what was needed. The estimates from both companies had a difference of about £600 for roughly the same boiler, the Edinburgh boiler company was the more expensive quote. But what sold it to me, was the professionalism of David from the Edinburgh boiler company.
I called up the Edinburgh boiler company and said i wanted to go with their quote, as I found them more of a professional company. Everything was explained when they would come out to fit the boiler, when the joiner would be on site along with the electrician. Everything went to plan as discussed, I found all three tradesmen all very courteous and tidy with their work. I would strongly recommend if you're going to get a new boiler fitted or any of the Edinburgh boiler company products, look not further than the Edinburgh boiler company. Im more than happy with my purchase from them.

I had a quote from David from the Edinburgh Boiler Co. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Nice manners,
Robbie, Joey and the boys did an amazing job. Came out first thing in the morning and finished the boiler installation that day. Answered any questions and tidied up after themselves. Wonderful job, no complaints and would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone.
The people in the office are also very helpful.

Superb service, really helped me out with an urgent repair a couple of years ago, and just completed an amazing job installing our new boiler in no time at all, the very next day after the survey. Really nice guys and left the place spotless! 10/10 would recommend, excellent company! 👍
