I ordered 3 bottles of Scotch, but when they arrived they were not the ones I ordered. Two phone calls and three emails later, and I'm still waiting for an acknowledgement let alone a resolution. Very poor customer service.

Ordered Wednesday afternoon and delivered the morning after. Emergency buckfast!

Appalling company after paying over £65 for items and express delivery for a reason and to receive the wrong items to be told the correct items will be sent 24 hour delivery over 48 hours later still nothing.
They do not answer emails and now not answering the phone.
Will never us this company again and will advise other not to bother either

On the 23rd October I ordered 6 bottles of champagne to stock up before the Christmas rush. On the 25th they arrived via ParcelForce. Well packed and all intact.
The list price was nearly £10 a bottle cheaper than Tesco and, with the thedrinksbasket welcome discount, was still cheaper than Tescos with their 'buy 6 get 25% off' offer.
So, very happy with price and very quick delivery. Will be using again.

I received the wrong order and the item was replaced very quickly. Quite pleased with the company's efforts to satisfy customers

Ordered items as a birthday gift, aside from order confirmation and invoice there has been no communication. Paid express delivery and still no arrival or delivery updates. Poor service, disappointing after paying almost £7 delivery fee. Definitely best to find an alternative, more trusted supplier.

I waited and waited - then noticed that the "credit note" I received seems to translate to a refund as item not in stock. It doesn't say this anywhere in my email from them. Awful communication - I will avoid using this company in the future.

Wasn’t happy with my order as the wrong wine was sent and left a one star review in line with other reviews I had seen. However I emailed Drinks Basket and complained. Ron in customer support who replied the same afternoon and sent the correct wines within 24 hours. Has to be one of the best customer services responses I have ever had. Well done Ron.

They were quick to take the money but when we asked where the product was, they said that they don't ship to Slovenia. They said they will refund us but now they have stopped responding to our emails.
As far as I am concerned, this is a shameless scam.

Ordered a bottle of Mount Gay Rum via Amazon 30th August 2021. Never received the product despite a Royal Mail tracking reference being sent. Amazon refunded.

I ordered a present of a bottle of whisky, I heard nothing for 9 days, then had a 'credit memo'??? what's this mean? no other information. I had to log into my account, which luckily I had created, to find out they had cancelled my order. ( I still wasnt completely sure) No sorry, no explanation. Terrible way to do business, needless to say I wont use them again. I did get my refund after another 2 days.

Ordered on 1st April, quick to take my money and now I have heard nothing from them. Tried contacting them via Facebook, Their online form on their website and by telephone and I have had no response what so ever.
Considering their website states same day dispatch and then 3-5 days delivery I am now 10 days down the line and have had no correspondence from them what so ever.
Order in plenty of time for a Birthday gift and now I am without part of someone's present and unable to purchase a replacement as I will now have to fight via Paypal for a refund which can take up to 30days.

They delivered quickly but unfortunately it was not the wine I ordered and that’s also where the service ended. I’ve emailed and called 5 times now without reply as the ‘receptionist’ is unable to track anyone down but keeps sending them messages about my incorrect order. I won’t be using them again as the service is terrible

An absolutely applauling wine seller, would advise anyone to stay well clear from ordereing product on-line. They are based in Kingsbury London. My first try with them and the last! The wine ordered from their website is not as advertised, ie a 13%abv turns out to be 12% (vinegar in red wine terms) a vin of 2012 turns out as a 2016. the openeing supposed to be cork not screw top. The lable on bottle bears no resemblence to what you order. They will take your money, then send any old inferior plonk they have in the celler. If you call them to complain or find out why you have not recieved the wine ordered, they simply say someone will call you back from "customer Services" What? I shall return back to Laithwaites and Virgin wines, at least you get what you ask and pay for. Advise others to stay well clear unless you like sarsons plonk.
