I have been using TDG for deliveries for my business for a few months now, and they have been an absolute breath of fresh air compared to any other courier service I have previously used. Excellent pricing, accurate tracking, and an account manager (shout out to Ben Thompson!!) who actually picks up the phone and understands my business.

The Delivery Group are exceptional when it comes to providing the information needed for a particular service to send out certain mailings. Ben Thompson very helpful when it comes to advising on services to use, information needed to meet client expectations and schedules. To me they are the best DSA company when it comes to how they help customers needs and questions answered quickly & efficiently and don't leave you hanging. Supplies of consumables never an issue and always there to help if you need anything urgently to be able to mailout at short notice. Great company to work with and helpful team.

Our onboarding and switch to The Delivery Group has been a very positive one. The entire team supported the transition and were always able to find a way of overcoming any initial challenges with the various systems and myriad customers involved. Always positive and willing to find solutions. Our account lead has visited the site to check in on several occasions. Whenever their have been any issues response is immediate and resolution quick.

We've worked with Delivery Group for over 15 years, and they've consistently been a trusted partner. Their team works seamlessly with ours at every level, from day-to-day operational support through to director level engagement. They combine strong communication, reliability, and a genuine commitment to our success. Professional, proactive, and easy to work with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Atrocious service. I ordered a book from Amazon which The Delivery Group say they attempted to deliver almost 2 weeks after the date of the order. They claimed that they could not deliver - I was in at the time, how hard did they try? There has been no further attempt at communication from them and the tracking system is useless. I have contacted the seller to ask for a refund, and also to enquire why they use such a useless delivery service. There are 90% 1 star reviews on this site - says it all?

A first package was left outside. The courier didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. I was in my flat all the day.
Another slim package was folded and pushed through the letter box, damaging the slim picture book inside.
Awful service !

Only gave 1 star as could not get it to take NONE ! Whover delivered today to me made no attempt to come to my front door or use letter box, apparently went to next door neighbour. Driver then simply threw over my back garden wall and package only found by accident whilst using household bins. Although there is an access issue at moment to back garden this does not justify such poor treatment of people's parcels. Incredibly bad service from carrier - and the eBay seller who supplied has now lost a regular customer.

Can't give 0 stars. Keep been sent transfer tattoos from this company haven't ordered them. Have looked online for info on why I'm been sent and it's a scam for 5* reviews.
