Very easy to order and very quick.

Such unbelievably poor quality, very faded color and what looks like a scan of a hologram on the card. Was expecting something much higher quality for the price I paid. Very disappointing.

Very useful Anticoagulant Alert Card replacement in plastic like a credit card as opposed to the thin cardboard one they give you at the clinic. Good replacement. My cardboard one is pretty worn. Noticed my cardboard one also has a box for date of birth which the plastic one doesn't. Worth adding for completeness as seems quite important. Maybe add it after your name for completeness, e.g. name, dob: date

Lovely ARFID awareness cards, even when I made a mistake the sellers put it right free of charge, brilliant customer service

I ordered two cards following my diagnosis, they come before the expected delivery day and I am very happy with both.

Ordered an Anti Coagulant therapy card on Wednesday and received it on Friday. Email update provided when it was dispatched. Quality is excellent and information on the card is accurate as ordered. A very professional service all round.

I will admit their information on assistance dogs & the law is very well written and correct. They specifically say on the listing and in a separate blog that there is no assistance dog registration. Nowhere on the card does it say “registered” either which I’m glad for.
I’ve been an assistance dog handler for nearly 10 years now and have never used an ID before. But as the laws and knowledge on the law is changing I’m finding myself more worried about last minute access needs. I’ve been kicked out of a hospital before at midnight after being there for 3 days already. And confronted in a hotel after being accused of sneaking my dog in, the staff were informed on booking, over phone & triple checked on the check in.

So having a card that may allow me to have a normal day when I really can’t fight the fight will hopefully allow me some normality.

As to the card itself, it was very quickly delivered, packaging was as expected for a card. I’m a bit disappointed in the quality. The black type is faded and the mark on the corner of the photo looks like someone did a thumb smug when the ink was still wet.
I did email to ask where the QR code went too which they quickly informed me went to their website.
I think it being directed to their blog post on assistance dogs & the law would be a better option, the equality act, or the human rights commissions guide to businesses on assistance dogs.

Overall, for the price, it’s a card, nothing fancy, nothing illegal or massively misleading.

I’m very disappointed I paid for card 6 weeks ago and still not received the card yet . Email them and they kept saying we going to send you the card back and three weeks ago I was told that they send the card second class postage and could take up to 10 working days and guess what still even after 10 working days has not come. Today’s o email them again asking them about the card and they email me with out answering to what I wrote them saying we will refund you the money back . Shame shame shame . Who gives them the right to take your money and you can’t do nothing about and they keep your money for 6errls and after 6-7 weeks they tell you we refund your money back with no apologies no sorry nothing .. shame shame shame .
