Ace customer service when things didn't go according to plan!
Back in January I bought a lovely blue Mini from the Professional Car Agent. All the staff were great. It was delivered to my home and they even put up with my bank playing silly buggers. Within a couple of weeks it became clear that all was not well with my car... This is when the real customer service kicked in! A small leak caused all sorts of damage and the Mini needed a whole lot of attention to sort it. The team picked up my car and dropped it back a couple of times, gave me a courtesy car when needed and kept me informed all the way through. It's been a couple of months since the work was done and it's now driving like a dream and I am one happy customer. Thanks to all the team for your help and professionalism.

Outstanding Company.
