Dean, who dealt with my purchase through out, was very professional, knew what he was talking about and knew everything about the car. The whole experience was very pleasant and carried out to my satisfaction.

The car agent make buying a car a truly different experience, my family brought a car from the car agent and ever since I witnessed the experience I’ve made sure friends and family buy with them.

The treatment you get from day 1 really cannot be found elsewhere, the customer centric experience is the reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else, nobody will go as above and beyond for you as the car agent they will exceed expectations to ensure you really are happy.

I brought my first car from them a few weeks ago (VW Polo) from the day I test drove the car I loved it but it’s not just about the car with these guys it’s about the experience too. I had a few little bits about the car I just wanted touched up (mostly due to me being picky) but the Darren was so on it i couldn’t really fault them. Even the way they treat your car when it’s in their care is impressive.

The sales experience is really quite frictionless if at any point you’ve got questions or any concerns anyone who picks up the phone down there genuinely gives it a lot of priority.

I had some work done on my car just to resolve some things that happened before it came to the car agent and it was brilliant, even after all of it was resolved with them Darren went the extra mile for me as I couldn’t get anyone to pick up the car with me (learner) he dropped it to me he really didn’t have to.

The after care services with these guys really are great I’ve witnessed it all with them, there’s not a length they won’t go to to make sure you’re happy.

It’s all been about the quality of the car and experience for me down there and they simply don’t disappoint, even if there’s 1 thing your not too 100% with they will do whatever they can to make it right and sort it which they really have.

Overall if you’re looking for not just a great car and buying / after care experience but also a true family friendly experience this really is the place to go. It will say it I had a bad experience and I can confidently say after all the cars me and family / friends have brought down here you will not be disappointed. We wouldn’t buy anywhere else, I’m sure you won’t too.

From the minute I walked onto the forecourt I felt the service was pitched at exactly the right level.
Great welcome, left to have a browse and encouraged to ask for keys if needed.
Dean and Darren were approachable and great to talk to.
I was offered a test drive on the day and they just let me go for half hour to give the car a good run.
When I came back they gave me a fair price for my car px and the rest was seamless. Not pushy at all and very approachable.
When we collected our car it was spotless , the handover was professional and on point. We were given a cup of tea and also a box of chocolates and told to contact them if any issues going forward.

From start to finish the service was great.

Waited some time as needed a few bits doing to my car before giving a honest review. Purchased my car in the new year and had a few minor problems which were resolved for me in a very good manor, had much help from Darren and James on the main part of actually purchasing the car to filling paperwork out. They made me feel like I was using a trusted dealer and that is exactly that. Couldn’t fault their part at all. After owning the car for a few months I occurred a small problem which after speaking to Denise and Graham they also made me feel very safe knowing that if anything happened I could give them a call and they would sort the problem for me.
