Great service and fast delivery
The service they provided was prompt, polite and delivery information was provided for each step of my order. The only reason it has not received a 5* review is because the prices are a little bit to high, yet still acceptable.

Product proves to be inadequate
Purchased their 'Paracord Firesteel Survival Bracelet' online unfortunately for me it doesn't match the product displayed on their website as the picture available on product description section shows the metal bits attached to the bracelet - Ferro rod and washer - being black color which is not corresponding with the actual washer on delivered item that is plain colorless untreated steel. Another thing is their poor customer services as they never deemed it relevant to respond to my e-mail notifying them of the issue.

Fantastic Store
I have been shopping here now for a long time and have never had any real issues. Brilliant selection of products with informative descriptions. Only once did I purchase seconds stock magnum boots and they were horrible, but that was the product's fault. Would definitely recommend.

i have ordered from this company quiete a few times and on EVERY occasion i have received confirmation of goods dispatched and RECEIVED my goods within 3 days!....(ordered one item friday...received TUE morning ).....they even took time out of their schedule to send me a best wishes for my birthday!!!........and i hadnt any orders pending!!...... i cant reccomend this company HIGHLY enough.EXCELLENT SERVICE/GOODS!!!!!!

Very fast and good store
I placed my order on July 29th was shipped the same day and received the package on the 31st and I live in Denmark so the time could not in any way have been faster. Excellent!
I wouldn't mind is the selection of paracord accessories were bigger but otherwise brilliant store.

Prompt Service
I ordered a few bits and bobs at thebushcraftstore.co.uk on 7th of January, and even though they estimate 10 days to deliver to international customers (I live in Denmark), my package was shipped the next day, and reached me today the 11th. If I order things online in Denmark it usually takes longer time to arrive than that.
There was a slight problem with one item, and again their response time is admirable, and we have reached an satisfactory agreement to the problem.
