I've brought equipment from the Bushcraft Store before and wanted to leave a review about the online side, just excellent service from start to finish, regular updates and tracking to find out where my gear is, my address is in deepest West Penwith in Cornwall and usually we have a nightmare with deliveries, not with the Bushcraft Store. From order to delivery was 2 day's!!!!!! Really impressed, thank you

Excellent customer service, backed up by very prompt delivery.
Items well packed and exactly as described on their website.
Will definitely use them again.

I have been using TBS for 10+ years. Excellent range of dependable gear. I’ve bought many knives, axes, books and several pairs of Fjallraven trousers from their well-stocked store in North London.
Knowledgable and friendly staff. Only problem is there is always something sharp/shiney that I end up buying.

Heavens alone knows why they're listed here under automotive, think it was. Should be listed under Bushcraft and outdoors really. Make it easier to find here. I've ordered a few times from them and consider them to be very good. Couple of problems where ordered items showed as being in stock when purchased but turned out to just be on back order. I got those two items refunded in the end. Otherwise good service and they've got some great items there in their range. The survival playing cards new in stock look very nice indeed. Very tempted to get those and some of the books on my next order.
Boy, is it a chore to complete through an order to cart there. Odd thing encountered is the shopping basket continually dumping items out. That you have to go back and redo. Tiresome. But I completed as I wanted in the end. Perseverance wins the day there. Obvious problems there evident therefore in the configuring of their website. Needs looking into. As the basket shouldn't shed other items like a leaking sieve where you try to add items to it. Seemed to be mostly where an item same as already added, was ordered/selected again anew to add. You have to delete the original basket contents for that item. Then go back to add your 2 or three extra wanted number, say of it. Or else it dumps out extra separate added in single items re requested.

Rude. Really bad attitude towards potential new customers. Will never use and will gladly spend my money with their competitors.

Have used this company before. Always great service, apart from the Post Office debacle, but Andy was on the ball to sort things out and eventually I got my carving knifes!
Great customer service, as I emailed them several times and alway got a prompt reply. Highly recommended will visit again, thank you.

Have brought from them for years online with no issues at all. Orders always arrive promptly and correct.
I recently asked for colour coded samples of paracord due to my issues with telling a lot of colours apart.
I recieved all the colours that they have, labelled with the website name, meaning I can see what colours work together and then know which one to buy (have brought safety yellow instead of yellow before as so similar to me)
Would, have and will recommend these guys to everyone I know

Very poor customer service and with a poor attitude. One of the worst companies I've dealt with and ended up with a refunded order (over £100 worth). I wonder if they do any training courses that cover "how to not lose money and be nice and accommodating with potential new long term customers"? They need to.

Needed to exchange a knife that I wasn't happy with for another one, customer service responded super quick. Received the new item a couple days later. Will definitely be buying more products from these guys in the future

Brilliant shop had everything I needed could of spent hours in there so much different gear to choose from real good quality gear and the service was really good too very helpful I will definitely be going back for more gear when I need it definitely a 5star shop.

Just had a horrible experience trying to place an order. The company appears to have no control over its online purchasing system. They took my card details, I pressed 'pay', then got a message which said 'ooops'. I didn't know whether the payment had been taken or not. I asked them to confirm that they didn't have my card details and they said that they couldn't as this was now with a processing company. I then kept getting messages from Bushcraftstore telling me to pay. I asked them to confirm that they would cancel the data that they held about me and I got no response.

First time customer here. I was a little skeptical despite the 4 star rating given the limited number of reviews but I'm really glad I ordered with these guys. Not only did I get a great deal on the product I purchased, it was dispatched in less than 24 hours and arrived basically next day. I say basically because I placed my order around midnight on a Wednesday night and it was delivered Friday. Will definitely not hesitate to order from these guys again!

Love this company, great quality products. Just bought a TBS fireboy fatsteel. "love it", ordered, dispatched and delivered in a couple of days. Lots to buy from here in the future, prices are bang on too. 😁

I am a medical professional who spends a lot of time outdoors as well as my interest in expedition medicine and bushcraft. Ive been ordering from these guys for quite some time simply put, they put only the best gear on this site which I often recommend to my colleagues and clients.

There customer service is second to none - had an issue with an order recently, which was a pure mistake. I had a immediate response and resolution of my problem within hours.

Conclusion - amazing gear, awesome ethos and a customer service that is well above par.

Ordered a Martindale machete for work, it never turned up, no one followed up from the company, when I complained weeks later I got a metaphorical shrug of the shoulders and my money back. Would definitely shop elsewhere or only shop in their actual stores. Online sales poor.

Great service, I ordered a knife on Thursday and it arrived the next morning, that’s quick - especially under lockdown conditions. A great store with a good variety of items for the woodsman or casual camper. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Item arrived extremely quickly with good communications of dispatch. Unfortunately item didn’t fit so had to be returned. Very helpful on the phone explaining returns procedure and received a full refund super quick. Extremely pleased with their customer service and will certainly be using them again. Well done.

Fantastic store. Already ordered multiple times and the delivery is always fast and products great! Love the store itself and will always continue supporting their business! Got multiple books, my knife and some tinder tins there and could not be happier!
