I have worked at the Sovereign Gate, Richmond, Boutique Workplace offices for almost a year. Easily the best environment I have ever had the pleasure to work in. Bethan, Abi and Sherilyn are all super friendly and have always made the atmosphere social and inviting. Fantastic monthly socials, great facilities and sense of community. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We have been one of the early birds into Boutique Richmond and I have to say its been amazing (over 3 years now!). So for those that don't know...Caitlin was first with Sherilyn in the beginning + they both worked incredibly hard even back in the day when we didn't have a lot of co-workers!, and now we are very lucky to have Abi and Bethan to continue making this place such an enjoyable place to work, make connections and tbh enjoy Richmond as a great place to enjoy and work. Abi, Bethan + Sheri really are the bread and butter to this well oiled machine. They organise so many social events (which I don't attend) which is a testiment to their passion to their job - they don't have to do it but they want this place to be enjoyable as well as profitable. Btw Internet here is very reliable, I'm not a biscuit fan but apparently the biscuits are very good, and thanks very much for the ice making machines! The new gym (again not from personal experience) also is decent but I'll leave that for the young bucks to comment!

A lovely working space with a great culture. Rebecca at the front desk is always quick to resolve any queries and concerns that may arise. I really can't fault the service here!

Honestly just give BECCA a raise!

She has been an absolute star since joining and myself and the team didn't know what we were missing out on!

Really great company. They create a wonderful atmosphere, and have a lovely cooperative helpful culture. The people are just so lovely and welcoming. They have helped us grow from a small 3-desk team to a 15-desk office. Always trying to improve and help, I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is a family!

I work in the Boutique space in Richmond. Abi and Bethan have been great throughout my time here. The communal spaces are always clean and they create a friendly and warm atmosphere.

Any issues are sorted immediately and I would recommend this space to anyone looking.

We had a worst experience with this company. Their agent lie and once in contract come up with total surprises. They blackmail you on one or the other pretence.

Absolute sharks
Very harsh practices.
They aren't willing to help or work with us in a time of need. They ignore emails and are really poor at communication. They just want to collect as much money as possible.

When we wanted to exit, just for one membership, they informed us we couldnt exit with a month's notice despite having been there for years, with a sneaky term that's in the contracts that auto-renews an annual contract

The Buildings Team is fantastic, especially Tasha at the front desk, who’s always on the move and quick to help resolve any queries or concerns across all occupied floors. I’ve had direct interactions with her and really appreciate her eagerness to get things sorted promptly and efficiently.

It makes a big difference having the right people representing the business, ensuring service standards remain consistently high. Well done, Tasha, for always delivering and being an outstanding ambassador for Boutique!

Do not deal with these guys, please read any contracts, forced us into a 12month auto renewal.

Had a friend come meet me at Connolly works and the receptionist jade was so loud on her phone and very rude

We hired out a room for a strategy day for our client. Not only was the room great and perfect for our needs, but the co-working area was also amazing and beautiful. Plus Kirsty was great and really made our time there perfect!

Dineice makes our day everyday with her smile and friendly demeanour, nothing is ever to much trouble, she is always there to support. she is a credit to the company.

It's been a great experience in 73 Watling Street. The space has all facilities we needed, location is very convenient. Ebz the manager is friendly and helpful, always around to assist you.

We work in an office at 8 St Thomas Street and can honestly say our whole team love it. We are always well looked after, Andrew on reception is amazing and even lays on pizzas for lunch or drinks so that everyone in the building can get to know each other better. There is a lovely community feel.
