Still waiting for item to arrive needed for a gift ,terrible company avoid at all costs ,rip off

I ordered some mini baileys for gifts as part of a hamper for friends and family. Delivery was good however when they arrived on 9th September I noticed the best before/use by date was 09/26 which was a very short date and wasn't mentioned when I ordered them. Wouldn't have ordered if I had known.
I was offered 10% off a further order over £30 spend however this still leaves me with 10 bottles of Bailey's that are no good to me and out of pocket

Paid for delivery - said it would be delivered by today 10/09/26. Says on the tracking it has not even been prepared yet. Tried ringing multiple times and no answer, no reply to email either.

I needed this for a present tomorrow. Will not use again when i’m paying for the delivery for a certain date!

Should have checked the reviews before i ordered.

Placed an order on 15/08/2026 for a section on minature bottles spirits in order to make a hamper as a gift for a relative, but never received my order as Inpost delivered it to a completely different address!
Received an email by 20th August saying my parcel had been dispatched by Inpost then an email on 22nd August stating it was due to be delivered that day- by 1pm no one has turned up to my house I then realised I had received a delivery received email 😳upon checking the proof of delivery it had been delivered to a back doorstep according to delivery photo- Not my door no idea where the house in photo is as I don’t recognise it.
Sent photo of delivery pic to Bottle club plus sent a photo of my front door, it’s obvious to see they are 2 different properties! Been told they apologise for inconvenience it’s been delivered very near to my address 😬where ? What’s the address it’s been delivered to ?? They don’t know!
Been told they will get back to me asap after asking in post to confirm where they actually delivered it to 🙈in the meantime it’s been over 2 WEEKS since I placed the order and still no parcel and NO refund either.
Safe to say I won’t be a customer of their’s any more and I will be recommending everyone I know NOT to use the Bottle club as In Post are delivering to wrong address for customers and the customer service for Bottle Club is really bad!

I’ve used the Bottle Club before and they were spot on. This time there courier left my parcel and a different location from mine and gave no details were they left it. After several days I got the address and the people who are not known to me said it had been collected. Bottle Club refusing to give refund. Had to involve my card issuer.

Poor service
I ordered 4 pack of 24 bottle glass water
It was broken (10) when it arrived, they used DPD another appalling delivery company.
Worse thing was broken glasses stick other i had take each one of them and wash it off so glasses won’t cut my fingers.

Ordered 6x Miraval Rose wine. Turned up orange, clearly oxidated and undrinkable. Attempted to call, email and contact via online helpline, absolutely no response from any of them. A company that sells wine that they know is undrinkable is no more than a con merchant. Don’t touch with a barge pole

To much hassle, i ordered 3 bottles for my husband suprised birthday gift and paid for next day delivery, sent 2 bottles but the other bottle was wrong. One was refunded.

Delivered on time, a well packaged order and the delivery driver placed it in the safety of the porch at the front of the building and sent me a photograph of the package. Great Service.

It arrived before allotted time. You had items in stock which nobody else it seems had it. So well done I will be using your company again.

Took about 7 working days too arrive but apart from that cheap and good selections just beware if you want a drink in a rush you'll be waiting a while

Not impressed. Ordered 6 x 2 Litre Strongbow, standard delivery. “Preparing order” for a week. Decided to cancel, and then they tell me it wasn’t even in stock. Pointless endeavour, and I now have to wait to get my money back.

I ordered for the next day delivery on time and my order was delivered one day late. When i contacted the bottle club customer service via email they said they sent the item on time but DPD missed the window.

They refuse to do the right thing and refund the full shipping fee as they did not deliver the item on time and missed a big event. That is the bear minimum.

I would not reccomend this company as they clearly expect the customer's to pay for services not received.

Don't waste your money on next day delivery they will not deliver on time or make things right.

Very slow to process and dpd lie about attempting delivery. Only first order worked okay

Found some cider I had been struggling to get. Put in an order and it arrived extremely well packed and within 2 days. Very pleased with the service.

I am very impressed with the quality of the website. Made easy to search and obtain what was required. Communication was very good and I was very impressed with how well the products were packaged. Overall would recommend them 💯

Good service easy to order good communication regarding progress of my order and quick delivery would use again and would recommend

They had the limited edition gin I wanted for my wife which was great news as she loves it. The overall experience was great and I would recommend the bottle club to others.

Place an order in April which I did not receive as Royal Mail left items outside my block of flat. I am still waiting on my refund as I have given proof of items not been delivered. I am very disappointed with the service as I have order many times from them before.
