I took this up with my bank as I advised that I would and got my money back.
I have a whole string of emails from your company not helping at all and trying to get me to take a 10% refund and free item. I can provide proof!

Very bad customer service. I received 2 items they were supposed to be same size. One is way too small.
I request a refund or even exchange. It has been over a month and I still didn't get any answer.
I sent many emails.
I will not recommend anyone to buy from this company.
ELSIE BLOOM - I wanted to return 2 items of jewellery and wanted a full refund. I was offered the option to order something else and keep original purchase. I had to push for for a full refund and then was informed that i needed to return it at my expense - £16 for revorded delivery to China!!! Completely misleading website. No reference to the fact that this company is based in China. Products look great online but in reality cheap stock. Terrible site.

Complete garbage!
I ordered a two-tone ring which immediately turned my finger green. I reached out to the company directly and on socials and they didn't even acknowledge my message, much less offer any type of customer service. I got a similar ring from Kohls and it is lovely and no issues with my skin. Though I got it as a discount from another company, they seem very scammy and the jewelry was so bad even free was too expensive. Yuck!

I’ve ordered several times from Bloom, and their products have been consistently excellent quality. They match with so many outfits, they’re truly staple pieces. Always get asked where it’s from!
This is my third order from Bloom, I keep coming back because every piece is so wearable. I even bought one for my sister’s birthday, and she’s obsessed. The gold tone is soft and elegant, looks way more expensive than it was!
After wearing for 3 days, gold tone was totally gone! Not worth the time and money. Worse than Mint and lilly

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED JEWELRY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE OCTOBER 31. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS JUST AN EMAIL, FIRST RED FLAG. NOW I'M GETTING THE RUN AROUND. GOOD THING IS YOU CAN REPORT FRAUD WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHICH IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO! NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY BUSINESS!

I still have not received the jewelry. I reported them to my credit card company and I have been refunded the money with my cc company. No emails at all from them. Very disappointing and they act like they don't care.
Horrible customer service as they stopped responding when I’m asking about when i will receive my refund. Extremely frustrating would not recommend.
Please avoid this company. The earrings are the worst quality, they are impossible to get in, bar is too short and impossible to close. They look like plastic. I've tried to contact these guys 3 times for a refund and they just ignore me.

Pretty pieces, but poor quality. The most challenging pieces I have ever tried to get on, not designed for ease of application. The gift was a nice touch but after 2 days of wearing one of the gems fell out, making it unusable. Overall, I won’t buy again from this company.

I ordered a body chain 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive notice that it’s even shipped. To note, their website states items will ship 2-8 days from purchase date. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response and 3 direct messages on Instagram. They replied 2 times via Instagram - one time saying it will be shipping “soon” (this was 2 weeks ago) and another saying they’d follow up via email, which they haven’t. They did, however, charge me immediately. I’d avoid at all costs, this has been really disappointing. I’m giving it a couple more days before I’ll open a fraud case with my credit card company.
