The Tux was well made. I found the jacket to run a little small and needed a larger one sent. That was a very simple process on-line and the new one arrived promptly. Returning the items was simple as well. All in all for a total digital experience it was very smooth and easy.

The suit was great! I’m glad back tux gives the ability to try on a suit before the day of the event. I was able to get the correct sizes, after I spoke to customer service - they were able to do some alterations on the length of the arms. After all the suit came and it fit beautifully!

Also I tried other suits for different rental companies, and let me tell you the quality of back tux is unparalleled.

I was measured at Nordstrom Dept. Store . That was a appointment made. Everyone there was helpful and the measurements went in minutes,worth the time because the exact date they gave it was 2 days earlier.lenghthd were perfect, and good thing I tried jacket in at store. Shoes perfect with a bit of a stretching. I liked the shoes so much I purchased them after the Wedding tuxedo rental.Almost bought jacket n pants too.. but money a bit tight, had another wedding the next week. Used the shoes again.SO SIMPLE, packed well and the return was so smooth just put back in box it came in … peel label and return label is there! UPS STORE DONE! In minutes! Thanks for being so professional.

Great first time experience with Black Tux. I had to order a suit for a wedding so I opted to rent it. I was able to easily schedule time to get my sizing done and the customer service and care in person was on point! I got confirmation of my order and received it with plenty of time to spare before the wedding. As a groomsmen, it was important for me to look good so when the size was a little off, they were able to send me a new sized suit jacket. Shipping it back was simple too. Highly recommended!

I had to get me father with limited mobility into a suit. I was able to do the try on first and get the right fit for the event. It was perfect and they had a big enough size for him. It arrived in plenty of time, I would highly recommend.

The suit was nicely tailored, light-weight wool. The first jacket did not fit well, but replacement came quickly and fit wonderfully. The whole wedding party used the service and they were able to fit all the different sizes and shapes very well.

Great customer service! And a clear set of policies. Very happy with this service and will continue to use in the future!

Love the style, but not affordable for average person

The response time and delivery of an item that i needed to change was quick and correct. The online examples of the different types of sizes was also extremely helpful.
My one suggestion is to offer shirt sleeves in a 34. You only offer 33 and 35.

I've used black tux twice now and highly recommend it. They provide great quality and the process is very simple. Getting a replacement if something doesn't fit is very easy to do.

The customer service is top notch. I really enjoyed wearing the Tux for my buddy's wedding. Did you know that you can go to a tailor to adjust the seams? neat.

Great looking tux and shoes. Had an issue with the dress shirt, and Kenneth, at customer service, went above the call of duty to ensure a better quality and size was express shipped before the event. Return process was also very simple.

I highly recommend The Black Tux. The quality of the suits and the fit were fantastic. What made our experience amazing was the customer service and how easy the shipping and returns were.

The experience was great because the website was super easy to use, and there was a toll free number included if you had any questions. The tuxedo came quickly and the jacket was too large. We had a second jacket in 2 days that fit perfect!

After the wedding, we got a reminder email when to return the tuxedo, a box and a preprinted pre paid return label, that was to be taken to the UPS store. It was easier then going to a tuxedo store!!

It truly is an easy, stress-free experience. You receive your tux two weeks in advance of the wedding which makes plenty of time to correct any mistakes or problems. After your event, you simply put it back in the box it came in and ship it off. They give you 3 days afterwards to ship it which is nice so you’re not scrambling the day after to try and turn everything in. I cannot say enough about how easy and convenient it is!

I used black tux for my wedding and it was fantastic. I was skeptical because I wanted to ensure the right sizing but I opted to do a “try on” a few months before the wedding to make sure it fit. Everything was timely and easy to do. Highly recommend

Clothes fit well based on my best measument guesses, and when I needed to order a different size it was easy, and a new size sent to me within 2 days. Very fast and very easy to work with.

A brick and mortar experience would have been better although the experience was okay.
Had to replace two items for size issues and jacket needed taking in to properly fit which resulted in me purchasing the suit. My total costs included the rental which doesn’t seem fair but is what it is.

Also received an automatic $60 charge to extend my return which was refunded after calling and explaining I purchased the items two days earlier.

The online measuring was easy and worked well. Everything fit did not have to send anything back. It was very convenient and easy to ship back with the attached labeling in the box.
