This portrait healed my grief more than therapy.
I have been struggling with the grief of losing my “soul-dog” a year ago. Big ugly tears came easy.
With an image of myself, and one of Patrice, they produced a portrait that proudly and accurately displays the unbreakable bond that we had. Though I may always have tears for him, this beautiful portrait has healed more of my heart than I could convey in words.

My portrait of my pet and myself was done beautifully. As my Xena has passed it is something I can remember her by. The Big Bark Boys did a wonderful job and would recommend them to anyone who wanted a picture of their pets and themselves.

There’s no way I can express in words how incredible and heartwarming this photo is. My little girl has been gone about two years now, and the moment I saw what you were able to produce for us brought absolute waterworks to my eyes the moment I saw it. I miss her so much. We’ve searched our order records using the name on this review, but unfortunately we haven’t been able to locate a paid order under “Brett Borah.” It’s possible the order was placed under a different name or email address, so we’d genuinely appreciate it if you could contact us at support@thebigbarkboys.com with your order number or the email address used to purchase so we can find it and look into this properly for you.
We’re also a little surprised to hear that you felt the portrait did not resemble you because our ordering process is specifically designed to prevent customers from having to pay for artwork they aren’t happy with.
Every customer is able to generate and view their portrait before purchasing, and there is no obligation whatsoever to order it. If the likeness isn’t right, customers can try again with another photo or contact our team for help before placing an order.
The original photo is particularly important when creating a portrait involving a person. From the thousands of portraits we’ve worked with, we’ve found that clear, well-lit, front-facing photographs with the facial features fully visible consistently produce the strongest likeness. This is also why we provide photo examples and guidance before customers upload their images.
That said, if you did place an order with us, Brett, we would genuinely like the opportunity to see what happened rather than leave you feeling that your money was wasted. Please email us with your order details and the portrait you received, and our team will be happy to review it with you and see how we can help.

I am amazed at the quality of this…
I am amazed at the quality of this portrait. In a couple of minutes I created a picture that looks like it was taken in a professional studio. One comment: each time you create a portrait, even from the same photos, they turn out a little different.

Beautiful portrait and excellent service! They monitor delivery status for every customer order to make sure everything arrives and they noticed my tracking hadn't updated in at least a week. They immediately sent a replacement order and continued to provide updates. Not too long after, my initial order arrived and then a shortly thereafter, a replacement order, which I was able to keep at no charge. Thank you Masumi for a great experience!
